Never received order, emailed the company back and forth and they eventually stopped responding and never issued a refund

Disintegrated after a half dozen washes. I emailed to query and got a response checking that I hadn’t washed above 100F or used fabric sheets, neither of which I have done. No response to any chasing emails from me requesting a refund. I have tried 3 times to post a review on their website without success. Their site features universal praise. I wish I’d looked on Trustpilot first as others have obviously had similar issues. A seller to be avoided. Poor product and even worse customer service.

I love the product. Works really well and remove all my cat fur during the laundry. Time saver!

Fast Delivery, received the product the next day. Product did exactly what it said would. Removes hair & lint easily off our clothes. Furgrip 2.0 is very effective in the washing machine, the hair is washed through the washer into the lint trap as it’s designed to do. Highly recommended!

We have 2 dogs and 3 cats, and removing pet hair from our clothes has been a "pet peeve" (pun intended) for the longest time. Came across the FurGrip website and ordered a FurGrip 2.0 to try out. It's super effective at removing pet hair from our clothes. No more laboring with lint brushes. Have ordered two more. Very happy with the product.

Furgrip 2.0 has proved to be an amazing product for me as a pet parent of 2 dogs (Indies) having a massive hair fall issue. It is a very convenient, effective, and easy-to-use product: just put it in the laundry and it will do the rest of the job.
As suggested on its website, using 2 at a time has proved to be more effective for me.

Amazing product, I was skeptical how good it would be but results were really fantastic. We have two huskies so hair was an issue. But not anymore. Furgrip pet hair remover does the job by removing most of the hair in the washing machine.

I have used this product for over two months now, having a home with multiple pets I am always on the lookout for innovative products for cleaning and pet hair removal, personally found this product efficient, when used in the laundry wash cycle there was a substantial difference in pet hair on the clothes after wash. Also doubles up as a lint remover if one quickly want to remove pet fur from any surface around the home.

I purchased this to use when washing my bedding to try and get rid of as much cat hair as possible. My sheets are not saturated in it as I regularly change them, but I was disappointed that after 3 separate washes trying different load amounts and cycles (the company suggested I use a rinse or pre wash option) my sheets are still coming out with plenty of hairs embedded in them. Not possible to get a refund as you can only return unused product. I will keep for using as lint style tool on my clothes but this product is not in my opinion worth the money 😔

We have been using the FurGrip for about 8 weeks now and it has done a brilliant job. I was unsure about how to use the product initially and reached out to the support team. They game me some tips on how to use and maintain the product. I can see a clear reduction in the hair stuck on my clothes.
Will definitely purchase this again!

My furgrip also disintegrated in the wash after just a few washes. I have the same generic response to my complaint offering 10% reduction on future purchases (WHY WOULD I???) even apologising for packaging - actually the packaging was the best part of it.

Over priced. Over described. They do not publish poor reviews on their web site.

Do not waste your money!

This worked for us but fell apart after about 6 weeks. Contacted Customer Service and got a generic reply about how to use it. No one read the email or looked at the photo I sent. No offer of a refund or replacement. Opened a case with PayPal now hoping to get my £19.98 back.

I bought this product without reading reviews - bad mistake. It just doesn’t work. I complained to the company and they quickly responded with their recommendations which I had already followed. I tried again but with no luck.
When all said and done we bought this product with our hard earned cash. We all wanted it to work. I have sent 2 more emails asking for my money back but with no response.
This company needs reporting. It’s daylight robbery.

They don’t work. And they fall to pieces after a few uses. Just don’t buy, waste of money.

This product is expensive and useless! It claims to remove dog hair from clothing in your washing machine.
I have used it on at least twelve occasions, exactly as instructions state, and It just doesn't work.
I contacted Furgrip customer services explaining this, and haven't had any acknowledgement. The email was confirmed as received. Rubbish product, and customer service. Very dissapointed!

The product doesn’t work. The website promotes 100% satisfaction or your money back, have sent two emails and have had no response.

Misleading. Don’t work in the wash at all. Complained three times via three channels and they have ignored me. You can buy cheap versions of this; don’t be fooled that these are better. They always have a sale on so are misleading us on the price! They don’t post negative reviews on their website. I have complained via PayPal and they still haven't responded! Will be claiming my money back.
