Furi are excellent to deal with. Their online store is easy to use and delivery was quick. I have previously also contacted them for warranty support and they were also quick with follow up and providing a replacement item.

Fantastic After Sales Service
I had a defect with my 28cm Santoku knife; emailed Furi and I had a reply within 30 mins. After sending photos through, they emailed confirmation of a sent receipt and connote and I'd received a replacement knife within 7 days. Excellent service from day one!
