I ordered matching pijamas for groom…

I ordered matching pijamas for groom and bride size M and they look like kids pijamas. Even my 12 years old daughter tried them and they are small for her. Is not acceptable! They don't want to change them and if i want to return them i have to pay the transport and wait for the 70% refund more than one month. Horrible customer service

STAY AWAY

I ordered a personalised mug on the 13th of December in the hope that it would be delivered for Christmas.
The item was never delivered, apparently being lost in a FedEx storage.
I explained the problem to Furmiu multiple times via email, prompting them to get in contact with FedEx initially and asking for a refund at a later stage.
They were never of any help. They kept on replying with copy paste emails suggesting either to wait qla little longer or to check the delivery status on a link, once we both knew the delivery had been cancelled and Furmiu would be reimbursed by FedEx for a delivery I paid for.
In the end, I just wasted £50 and a lot of time.
Absolutely disgusting customer service and total lack of integrity.
Avoid like the plague.

Avoid at all costs. Pretends to be in UK

Avoid at all costs. Company appears to be based in UK however communication is from China.

I ordered a personalised blanket at the beginning of December for my LO. It had a picture of her favourite toy on it and her name.

The blanket took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. No updates when it would arrive.

When it did arrive, it wasn’t printed as I had ordered.

I emailed the company and received the most patronising response back. I paid a lot of money for this blanket and the company won’t entertain they made a mistake.
