The worst shopping experience ever...
I bought an item on this website at the beginning of december 2024 and before Christmas (20 days later) I sent them an email asking for information. They replied as if there was an issue with the shipping. I asked twice to resend me the object; at the end of january they replied the last time saying that everything was passed to the warehouse. Never got anything since that.
They took good money to just answer to a couple of messages and disappear. Good job furnica, I'll never buy anything again from you. The worst shopping experience ever.
Best to stay away!
Despite having a professional looking website, the service is anything but. I placed an order, received order confirmation immediately and no follow up or order status for two weeks. After writing several times, I received a response that they were looking into it and were going to inquire with UPS as to where my parcel is. I thanked them and asked for a UPS tracking number so I could follow up. No communication after that. Had to report it to the CC company and get my refund. Not sure how people are getting what they ordered but this is not a company I would trust. Oh and I am a US customer. Maybe those in Europe fair better🤷🏻♂️
Somethings gone wrong they are now terrible
Used Furnica many times in the past but last time was a really delayed service and this time even worse my order took weeks to come and when it did half was missing and some was wrong. Ive had no communication as you cant speak to anyone the fact its a mobile number is iffy but then add to that it doesnt work, Shocking really id say stay away if you depend on things you order actually being delivered
Do not use - gone downhill
No tracking and no email confirmation of shipping should have been a warning but I'd used them previously without a problem.
Drainer took 3 weeks to arrive by which time I'd had to get one elsewhere. Sent it back. No refund given and no one responds to calls or emails.
I will take them to small claims court if a refund doesn't come through this week.

It's a big no! I was smart to have paid with PayPal and get the refund, otherwise I would have Lost my Money!
Low value order not delivered so cancelled purchase
Ordered a few items for about £10. Had email confirmation for the order but week later and no update on delivery. I emailed the company for update and also said it would be ok by me to cancel and refund the order. This is what happened which is ok but disappointing that order was confirmed when though they either had no stock or weren't bothered about a low value order.
Scam- won’t deliver
Scam! Never delivered the item. Got a tracking number and it never showed up. They said they would resend and never did! Phone number on their site doesn’t work and will ignore your emails

My runners did a runner
Great service over a busy post-Christmas period, a box of drawer runners were forgotten in the delivered package. Thinking my drawer runners had done a runner, I emailed Formica and also requested some additional can screws I’d forgotten to order.
I got a prompt apology notification. advising they were on the way, no questions asked. The additional cam screws were thrown in with the forgotten item at no extra charge.
Furniture now assembled.
And a happy new year was had by all. After all, it’s not everyday I get screws for free!

Avoid - still no products
Ordered something over a month ago and still nothing despite multiple emails. I have tried calling several times and the number rings off. Of the multiple emails, I have had 2 responses saying they will look into it, then nothing. One was 3 weeks ago and the other was last week. Really bad service!!!!!!!!
I orderd something they dont deliver til you spam them
I order something, nothing arrives for a month, contact support and get refund and then order again. Same thing but this time i spammed the with emails till they send my order.
If you can, dont buy from them or plan to wait for a month so you stuff arrives with a lots of emails to them.
Great items and great customer service
Great and fast customer service. I don't understand how people say this business doesn't answer. They sent my parcel quickly, and even though it initially missed some items, they sent the missing pieces with express delivery and everything arrived the following day. They even offered me to refund the items instead, if I wanted to. I would definitely repurchase from them.

I've order something a month ago, no delivery. Tried to call companies phone number endlessly, no one is picking up. Can't even get my money back. Don't even have a word for it.

DO NOT order from this company what a load of garbage, I ordered a set of Drawers on 29th November and I am still waiting.
This Company does not answer to texts, emails and then I get cut off when trying to phone about my order, I would give zero stars for this so called Company.
I wish I had read the reviews before they took my money I would of gone to a reliable trustworthy company.
Decent product, terrible service.
On the plus side, the furniture cabinets were decent quality and look very good.
On the minus side, the delivery was several weeks late and one package had been tampered with resulting in the lighting kit being removed.
Customer service at first gave me the run-around then finally gave me the impression they would send replacements. When I began to chase the delivery of the replacements they 'ghosted' me and of course the delivery never arrived.
This seems to be a case of 'ignore the customer and they will eventually go away'.
Things can always go wrong but there is no excuse for deceit.

SCAM COMPANY. When my order for furniture did not arrive, I initially had email responses saying there would be a delay. But since then no email responses and telephone number does not connect. Lost money. Do not use this firm.
