Kept informed at all times. Delivery as promised. Table and chairs excellent quality no problems so far only had them a week so as to durability can’t say.

Delivery service excellent. The quality of furniture was solid and as expected. Only problem I had was putting seat pads on the chair base. I was advised to clamp before screwing them down. This worked perfectly. Overall instructions were very clear. Would definitely recommend.

Not happy with the service
Not happy with the service, was mislead on the delivery day, begged to work from home and you failed to turn up. Sofas are ok, met the expectations, did not exceed, fairly small in size I must say.

I am very sorry to hear you did not receive your delivery on your nominated day, we were not made aware by you or our third party carrier that the delivery had failed. It would seem there was a vehicle breakdown.
We have issued a refund for the cost of the delivery, and I can only sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Overdue refurbishment
Not yet finished redecorating the living room so for the time being the dining table and chairs have not yet been assembled. The 4star is warranted on the basis of my experience to-date. Excellent selection, competitive pricing structure, timely and professional delivery.
Ask me again at the end of the month when I trust an upgrade to 5 star will have been warranted.

I am so very sorry to hear you are not satisfied, you have not stated, but I assume this was due to the failed delivery. Having reviewed your order details I can see the driver ran out of legal driving hours but that the delivery took place a few days later.
This is certainly not the usual level of service we provide and I totally appreciate that this is a huge inconvenience and can only sincerely apologise for this.

Over the moon
Honestly I was very apprehensive about buying on line, but credit due to Furniture & Choice they made buying my new chairs so easy ! I ordered them got confirmation within a day , I chose the delivery date which made life easier.
The boxes arrived with full assembly instructions which we followed and these chairs I chose are amazing for the money ! I am over the moon with the quality so pleased with them.
If I need anything else I would not hesitate to buy from this company again. Thank you .
