Fantastic all round
The company was extremely helpful when I had to change delivery date a couple of times due to our house move date moving & they were helpful when I asked if I could change the colour of the sofa. The delivery drivers were lovely and friendly and respectful of the property. Finally the sofa we have received is fantastic. It's comfortable and looks fantastic. We will in future use this company and I have recommended them to friends who have remark on the quality of the sofa.

Easy to order and pick your own date…
Easy to order and pick your own date for delivery.Delivery drivers messaged 2 days before saying there be delivering on date we had chosen.Then day before gave us a delivery time slot of 2 hours,also rang 30 mins before they were going to deliver sofa.Deliverd sofa they were very polite asked where we wanted it left boxes and took photos.
.We unboxed it and put together in no time at all.Very very pleased with sofa and the ease of ordering etc.Many thanks.

Delivered to my first floor flat
Delivery time arranged yo suit me. Delivery man helpful and brought deliver to my first floor flat which was VERY important to me - I’m 81 and can’t carry heavy parcels). He offered to carry it to the room it was to go in but my nephew asked for it to be left in the hall for him to unpack and put together.

From start then communication was excellent. When the delivery drivers arrived, they did very well taking the sofas to the desired room. They were very friendly and helpful. The quality of the sofa is excellent quality. Absolutely love it. Assembling was quite easy. Did it on my own as a lady. Thank you Furniture and Choice.

Refused to deliver to the 2nd floor…
Refused to deliver to the 2nd floor despite advertising they would. Made a lot of nonsense excuses and even when we moved it up ourselves they still wouldn't refund delivery fee. Sell you a £900 sofa but argue over £30 delivery. Profits over relationships.

Having reviewed your order I can see that the drivers assessed the access to the 2nd floor and found that the items would not fit without causing damage to the property.
The drivers agreed with you to leave the items in the garage, as opposed to having them returned to us.

Lovely chairs, stylish, well made and comfortable. I’m very happy with them.
Unfortunately the delivery company made the purchase a nightmare. I had short notice of an AM arrival and cancelled an appointment. Then I was told the driver was delayed. Then I was told the chairs weren’t on the vehicle. And then I was told they would arrive that afternoon. At 6pm I was told I wasn’t in. I was. The following day my four chairs were delivered throughout the day by three different drivers. Another day waiting in.

The delivery of the sofas was accurate and on time, arriving within the agreed delivery window. The quality is excellent, and placing the order was easy and straightforward. The price was reasonable, although it would have been more convenient if it had been £1,000 instead of £1,099.
