Their furniture is beautiful. It’s solid and will last a lifetime.
My table is so useful and gets so many compliments. It slides across so I can store bits and bobs inside too.
Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending buying from them.

I ordered a Germania Shoe Cabinet and there was a problem with arranging the delivery. The team at Furniture Mind were excellent in sorting everything out for me and making sure I was happy with both the product and the service.
The cabinet looks great in my hallway and I would definitely buy from Furniture Mind again.

We bought quite a few items which took some time to assmble but look very good and are of good quality. The Call Centre staff was excellent, helpful and friendly. We had allround a very good experience.

I ordered a shelving unit and it looks great - I found Customer services very good - special thanks to Maddie and Grace - came back promptly with queries and answers. Delivery service also very good. Would def use this company again thank you.

I bought a TV and video unit which was of a very poor quality. The item cost with shipment over £500 and constructed out of a very poor laminated MDF.

The unit is the only piece of self assembly furniture I've come across since the 1980's which uses glue only to hold the front panel of a drawer front with no additional fixings. The unit also had to be drilled by myself to create internal bracket fixings. The laminate was of a very poor quality and in some places had not been stuck to the MDF properly, however, this was only on the internal part of the unit.

However, the main issue with the unit was that the top of the unit is 20mm thick. As part of the assembly you had to secure 2 bars within the unit. The screws supplied with 17mm in length for the bar fixings, however, the screw holes which had been formed were approximately 2mm deep, therefore, without over tightening the screws protruded through the top of the unit, i.e. where the TV is supposed to sit.

Furniture Mind do have a returns policy but, as it states the item had to be returned in a saleable condition and in its original packing. As soon as you open the boxes that its supplied in you can't reuse them. When you partially assemble the unit, due to the drilling required, it's probably not in a saleable condition.

So, if you want to return the item, you would have to go to a great deal of further expensive repacking and sending the unit via courier.

This item is now residing at our local tip in Wakefield, which with the superpower of hindsight I should have given to them as our delivery address, it would have saved me my time and diesel driving it there.

Oh and one further point, the lead-time stated was 4 to 6 weeks, the item was supplied late.

And they claim on their company strapline to 'Deliver Quality to Your Door'.

Never buy from them as they never answer their phone, you leave them voicemails but they never call you back.

Really lovely customer service who kept me updated throughout and even called me after my delivery to make sure everything was okay with my new bed. Can't reccomend enough.

I am having an awful time with this company.

I ordered an expensive cabinet which on the website said 'some assembly required' which I reasonably thought would mean that the feet needed screwing on or something similar.
I was horrified when it arrived as flat pack.
We tried to assemble it but a significant part was incorrectly manufactured. Since December I have been I dialogue with them, and whilst they supplied the original part again, I now have 2 further faulty parts and the overall quality is shocking.

I think I have been patient but have now asked for a refund. They are refusing, and denying my basic consumer rights.

Shocking company. Steer well clear.

We are over the moon with our TV unit. The quality is outstanding and it looks fabulous. Have spoken to Furnituremind on a couple of occasions and received an excellent level of customer service. Will definitely use again.

My wife and I spent a great deal of time choosing the furniture for our refurbished lounge and decided on the Gwinner range. It has a lengthy lead-time and I can see why as it's made in Germany and the quality is outstanding so all hand made to order. The zero % finance was taken up and seamless to apply for and the installation was excellent. 2 Polish chaps with all the tools carefully laid out on dust sheets. They checked various things with me and within 4 hours, it all looked amazing. Follow up emails after the install to make sure we're happy. Overall, top choice for us so thank you
