I bought this mattress last year and was never informed that it could not be returned once the plastic packaging was opened. The delivery team actually cut the plastic cover themselves during delivery, so it was impossible for me to keep it sealed.

From the first day we used a mattress protector, so the mattress has no damage, stains, or wear marks. Despite this, the retailer refused any return or exchange.

The mattress is extremely uncomfortable and causes pain when sleeping on it.

If customers are not clearly informed about the return conditions before purchase, it puts them in a very unfair position. I would not recommend the Sleepeezee SensaGel 9000 based on my experience.
