Same as most people on here. I ordered a dog bed (not cheap) thinking it was a UK company in November. Still hasn't arrived and don't expect that it will now. Had emails replied to with apologies but still nothing and tracking info hasn't changed. Would not recommend! Will update if it arrives but don't expect that I'll have to.

Ordered a dog bed 18th on November, still not here 21st December, contacted them twice and all I got was apology for the time taken, asked for a refund and have had no response. Would stay away from this company, wish I had of read reviews before I ordered. I'll give them 10/10 for being absolutely useless!

Total rip off and scam. Delivery time given as 6-8 working days and a month later, no delivery, no reply and no chane of getting the ordered item. Facebook still have the adverts running for this lot, so avoid at all costs!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered an expensive dog bed thinking it was a UK company, given the web address . No bed has arrived over a month later . They gave me an “Evri/Royal Mail’ tracking number which is rubbish, doesn’t work . I’ve threatened them 3 times with legal action. Do not buy!! If I could leave comments on their social media I would but doesn’t seem to let you do this .

Same as others! Paid £60 for a dog bed that never arrived! This looks like a UK company but it isn't, it's a Chinese company. Emailed them 3 times so far and no response! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! ITS A SCAM.

I don’t want to give them any stars at all. Placed an order weeks ago not received anything. Sent 3 emails as that is the only way to contact them and not received a response. I am resigned that I will never receive the order or get my money back. I thought this was a UK company but don’t be fooled as it says my order is coming from China. Total scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Absolute joke, waste of time and money. I never received my order. After contacting customer support they told me 3 times to check my local post office. It takes them ages to respond and everything sounds like a copy paste response from google. DO NOT BUY

Absolute joke from start to finish - they take days/weeks to respond and never actually answer the question asked - my order has been tied up in china i presume and despite being offered and accepting a refund, TWICE, i keep getting 'we are working on your order' messages - total rip off scam company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

If I knew when on ordering the cat mat that it was going to be coming from China and take this long to ship I would of just bought it off Amazon and paid the extra for one
