Products containing forbidden dangerous chemicals
Body lotion contains a harmful chemical banned since 2022 (Butylphenyl Methylpropional) in the UK. The government bans brand from selling the products and advise consumers to dispose of products they purchased.
The Bringer of Peace Body Lotion contains Butylphenyl Methylpropional

The ingredients lists claim that this is a naturally occurring ingredient from essential oils, but that's a lie. It's a synthetic fragrance.

The Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS) has asked the public to dispose of any cosmetics containing the banned ingredient Lilial / Butylphenyl Methylpropional.

I would frankly be suspicious of this brand and not trust them for a second

Stellar products and customer service. Great customer service reveals itself when an issue occurs. One of my products was damaged in shipment. This misfortune was not the fault of Fushi, but the folks in customer service promptly replaced my order and even included some samples, too! Thank you, Mamta and Greeshma!

I wish I could get through to someone or at least receive a response from the company. It is so frustrating to receive a damaged product and be unable to receive a replacement. My carrot oil arrived cracked/smashed and leaked everywhere !!! That carrot oil stains. I just want to receive the product I ordered in a new condition. Will be the first and last time I order from this company. I give two stars as I still received majority of order in good condition and oils are very nice.

Update: the customer support team reached out to me and were extremely helpful. They have sent me a replacement and I look forward to receiving it!

When I contact the fushi help email address, everyone is always really nice and helpful. I am really pleased with all the vegan products, also extremely environmentally conscientious, using glass bottles, cardboard boxes and paper tape. And paper alternatives to bubble wrap. So awesome, thank you for all that you do! xxxxxxxxxx

I placed an order for first time and one of the products was organic shampoo, which didn’t react good in my hair. So I contacted them and asked if I can return it even though return policy was in case if not opened. so they were very helpful and offered me a voucher of the same amount . Even they help me claim my voucher., they prepared my shopping basket and sent me a link to just pay the rest.  anyhow there was some issues with transaction and they tried to find solution patiently for several days. Eventually sorted. I am very impressed how they’re looking after their customers along with their high quality and organic products in non toxic packaging. Every detail been carefully handled. No rip of and goto hell behavior as others which made me their regular

I was suffering from perioral dermatitis which Fushi's Aloe Gel successfully healed. But it was not enough to moisturise my mature skin, however being as my skin was so sensitive I was reluctant to use anything else without advice. I emailed Fushi my problem and they responded very quickly with recommendations. Watch this space for results. Great customer service and products (I use their hair oil and muscle and joint oil)

Thanks to Brexit sometimes getting supplements into Spain is a total.nightmare.This happened with our latest order. Other orders had not been a problem. On contacting Fushi to explain the problem they promptly issued a refund with no problems at all. That's what I call superb customer service. I thoroughly recommend them and will continue to use them even if just to deliver to the UK so I can collect when I go back to see family!!

Love this company’s products, especially cocoa Shea butter, which has now sadly been discontinued. Five stars would have been my review but just wish if they were going to discontinue products that we had some warning , I would have stocked up monumentally if I had known as just went to buy some and seen they were no longer on the site, otherwise their products are genuinely incredible, have used them for about 8 years now and never deviate 🌟

Fushi are an amazing company in that they are down to earth, prompt and do what you ask them to do. That’s their service, their product quality is excellent.
