Futon Company Reviews 

Having bought a few items from the Futon store in Plymouth we can certainly say we made the right choice! The staff have been a delight to meet each time we pop in. Charlie has given us advice and is very knowledgeable, a breath of fresh air....ok, you can order on the website, but we can vouch that visiting the store is definitely worth the time. The quality of Futon products is very good, solid construction.

Took two visits to the Leeds store to consider and eventually purchase some footstools. While the products are beautiful and great quality, what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. Not at all pushy for us to make a purchase but super proactive in helping us find what we were looking for - and the staff remembered us on our second visit!
The Futon team should be exceptionally proud of their Leeds staff, they create such a welcoming atmosphere and know the product range inside-out, then step back to allow you to consider and browse in your own time. Will absolutely go back, and recommend!

Product is good and ideal for our requirements. The delivery service (& subsequently Futon Co) customer service let the purchase experience down. We were given 3 different dates and times for delivery by courier. 3 days taken off work to accept delivery. Called Futon to say this is out of order, promised call back by customer services. Heard nothing. Poor.

I've only dropped a star because I was missing a couple of small parts on delivery. However, this was soon rectified.

Great experience- quick delivery and clear communication about delivery timings. Although there was some damage to one of the tables ordered, I had a quick response to my email with a replacement delivered swiftly. Thank you
