Hi ,the future is green. ordered 3 audioquest evergreen rca leads 0.6m. Only 2 in stock futureshop rang me offered the option of a 1metre lead at no extra cost. I agreed as my seperates are side by side so this worked out fine for me. The cost of leads was also cheapest online I could find . The sound is more detailed I'm hearing new sounds on old cds , sound improvement instantly noticeable these quality leads really are worth it .excellent service from futureshop very good communication , and above all cables that achieve a higher grade of sound . Recommended .

Excellent price for hifi cables. Items arrived promptly and were well packaged. What more can you ask for?

Ordered a cheap cable via their simple on-line system Saturday evening. I selected their free delivery option - first class royal mail. My expectations for delivery time were unrealistic. Royal mail face challenges right now. I called Future to ascertain when my delivery would arrive. The agent took my details and arranged a call-back from their technical staff. I was called back 15 minutes later. I had an urgent requirement for delivery. Futureshop at no extra charge, pulled out all the stops to get me my delivery very quickly indeed. I am very pleased indeed with their service. I would not hesitate to recommend FutureShop. i will be a returning customer.

Very pleased with the cables that I ordered from Futureshop; they are well made and are a marked improvement over the original Linn cables; the sound is superb. I was informed by email that the QED Airloc, metal-cased banana plugs were out of stock and was offered the plastic ones which,in fact, are very good quality with part metal bodies. It would have been nice to have been offered a reduction and a response to my email in reply but they are probably very busy. Apart from that, I found them to be efficient, selling a good product at a competitive price which arrived within a week.

I ordered some speaker cables from here with terminations. It said they were all in stock. Then I got an email to say that 'due to Covid' (an excuse for anything at the moment) they had no metal cased termination plugs as ordered. They offered to supply the cable with plastic cased plugs instead. I said that would be OK but what would be the refund as the plastic ones cost less (as I well know). They came back and said that the plastic ones cost the same so the price would be the same. They also tried to claim that they are the only firm in the whole of the UK that supply the metal cased QED Airloc Banana Plugs on cables! Yeah right, that's why I was able to re-order immediately from another company who do the metal cased QED Airloc Banana plugs on cables, and who ALSO charge £2 less for each plastic cased Airloc plug.

I don't mind that the plugs were out of stock, but I don't take kindly to being spun a few yarns - such as plastic ones being the same price and also that this firm is so amazing that they are the only ones who can fix the metal cased ones on wires in the whole of the UK.

Nice try though.

Update 27th November: I had a call from the Sales Manager who was extremely apologetic and also offered me a discount off my next order. I have say that he picked up very quickly on this and was extremely concerned about the negative feedback. In view of this I have reviewed my rating as it's nice to see a Company taking their reputation seriously. I wish Futureshop every success in the future.

I recently bought some speaker cables from Futureshop. I initially mistakenly ordered the wrong length, then realised I had ordered a good cable but one which did not suit my listening needs; on both occasions the company accepted return without question and issued an immediate refund. At the third attempt I am now delighted with my cables; I just wish I'd made more use of their expertise before I placed the first order! Dispatch was pretty much instant and the cables were expertly terminated with banana plugs in their own workshop. A free "burn - in" service is also offered if you need it. Overall this was an outstanding customer experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Futureshop and I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

There was a bit of a mixup with a Chord Clearway cable I ordered to connect a Naim pre-amp to a headphone amp.

But the guys at Futureshop were extremely helpful, and exchanged the cable for a correct-configured one in good time, even providing a pre-paid envelope to send the original cable back. Throughout the process the communication from the team at FS HQ was excellent.

Everything is now working perfectly and I'm very pleased. Given this experience and the impressive selection of cables and accessories from top brands, I will definitely be using this company again!

Future Shop came highly recommended by my Linn dealer when I wanted a bespoke digital interconnect and some speaker wire for some super tweeters. Adam spent time explaining my options and I was very happy to order. Both products arrived in super fast time and really happy with them... So definately a 5☆ from me.

Brilliant service and advice as always and I've been purchasing cables and other HiFi items from them for several years now.
Ordered several metres of Audioquest aerial cable with coax plugs yesterday (Wednesday) and was told it should be with me Friday or Saturday which was fine, but lo and behold, it arrived this morning (Thursday) and the cable works perfectly. Wonderful service and excellent people to deal with. Highly recommended. A1+++++

Futureshop.co.uk = Outstanding customer service & awesome high quality product. I bought a pair of Audioquest Rocket 33 15FT speaker cable. The product itself was professionally assembled and well packed. Their customer representative Gary was very courteous, polite and respectful. Definitely will do business again.

Experienced them while living in Canada before they expanded here. Unhelpful and very uncooperative. Very much as I remembered them.

I had initially written a bad review due to a miscommunication but this seemed quite out of character from Future Shop and I had a very nice chat with Adam Senior who took the time to explain and rectify the situation. These things happen and my confidence is restored. A little chat can go a long way and I appreciate the time he took to help. I would certainly recommend Future Shop.

Ordered my speaker cable on Friday morning. Future shop cut it, stripped the ends, insulated it & posted it the same day so it arrived by Saturday morning.

Edit: Had problems returning a product which was resolved by a phone call from Adam Senior part of Futureshop, he was very reassuring and hopefully everything is cleared up. The return was provided i will update and remove the negative feedback when refund is received.

Ist time to shop for me. I was greatly impressed, the help and advice given by Adam was accurate and aided me to fix a problem. I received my cables the next day. They did the job and then some. I rang him to thank him.
