Shocking delivery performance and organisation
Beware if you order from this company online.
We ordered twice a couple of months apart.
On each occasion we ended up chasing the order over a week after it was due. Both times we got 'Sorry, we were waiting for stock'
Then eventually when the order arrived, half of it was missing.
Had to send a picture of the package to prove that it wasnt big enough to contain all items after being told both items were in the bag.
Then I was told it was the courier hadnt delivered second package. !
It was never any fault of fwb. Seriously bad customer service.
