Excellent

Excellent, fast delivery!

I'd been eyeing a pair of JW Anderson heels for a while and was happy to see they were still available (and on sale!) on FWRD. They have a great variety of styles, brands, and sizes. I'll definitely shop with them again.

I strongly advise against purchasing FWD INSURANCE

I strongly advise against purchasing FWD travel insurance. I had a frustrating experience with a claim, as they outsource their claims processing to a third-party administrator, Crawford. My simple travel delay claim took about two months to receive a response, despite multiple follow-ups. Each time, they promised to get back to me within 14 days, only to repeat the same message after the deadline passed.

The most frustrating part? They denied my claim because my delay was 5 hours 57 minutes just three minutes short of the six-hour requirement. In contrast, when I purchased MSIG travel insurance, the claims process was smooth and hassle-free.

I highly recommend avoiding FWD travel insurance. Don't make the mistake I did!

one stop shop!!

the communication via email and text is amazing. Also fwrd and revolve offer easy returns if it doesn't fit. Great Selection and customer service.
