Pending internal transfer

Similar to many other users, I requested an internal transfer on the 19th of January. I have followed up with many tickets and emails and have only received automated responses saying it is under review. Even using live chat I have been told my request is under review, but as almost 50 days have passed by and no signs of receiving the money in my internal wallet, I am very concerned. I would like my concerns to be on FXCess highest priority and am willing to give a more positive review if this is resolved in good time. Thank you

Be aware this is a scam broker

Reply to Fxcess: First of all i was not engaged in any kind of wrong activity. And if the company feels that there is something which doesn't aligns with yours rules you should give a warning to the customer.
You guys straight away stolen my 1110 usd profit. And then my 293 usd remaining amount of my own deposit is also held. I can not even withdraw my own deposit.

Be aware this is a scam broker. I made 1100 usd profit on my account and they just removed it. and suspended my account. one of their manager contacted that I can only withdraw my remaining amount which was some part of my original deposit i.e 293 usd. but its been more than a month I am even unable to withdraw that 293 usd. there keep on sending the same email that your account is under review and we will contact you one done. but its been more than a month now and nobody is even replying on emails.

Poor communication and long internal transfer delays

My experience with FXcess has been disappointing, mainly due to communication issues.

From October 2025, things were going well while I was using their trading service.

I submitted an internal transfer request on 17 January. Unfortunately, the funds did not arrive in my wallet until 10 February — nearly a month later. During this period, I contacted customer service multiple times asking for updates. Each time, I received generic responses that did not explain the cause of the delay or provide a realistic timeframe.

The transfer was eventually completed. I then requested a withdrawal on 11 February, and to be fair, the funds reached my bank by 13 February, which was processed reasonably quickly.

My main frustration is not the delay itself, but the lack of transparency. Although there should never be a delay when it comes to internal transfers, it should be processed instantly. I’m not sure what needs reviewing when you want to move money from your trading account to your wallet. Had FXcess clearly communicated the reason for the delay, it would have been far less stressful. Instead, the request seemed to sit unresolved with little meaningful feedback.

I also note that several online reviews describe similar experiences, which suggests this may not be an isolated case.

Overall, while the final withdrawal was processed promptly, the prolonged internal transfer and poor communication significantly affected my confidence in the platform. Would not recommend.

1 STAR – £4,180 Profit Confiscated – Shocking & Unacceptable
Absolutely furious with Fxcess.
After trading manually and making £4,180 profit, they suddenly accused me of “price latency arbitrage” — which I completely deny. I trade manually from my iPhone, with no bots, no automation, and no software of any kind.
You cannot speak to anyone, and when I raised a formal complaint, they simply sent me the exact same email twice, providing no additional evidence whatsoever, then closed the complaint. There is no transparency, no dialogue, and no proper dispute process.
They immediately refunded my £570 deposit, but kept every penny of my profit and closed my account, which looks extremely suspicious. If I had done something wrong, why refund the deposit but confiscate the profit?
If their platform has pricing or technical issues, that is their responsibility, not mine. I traded using their own charts and prices.
This experience has been stressful, frustrating, and financially damaging. It honestly feels like dealing with people who have no intention of paying out profitable traders.
Avoid like the plague. Go with a properly UK-regulated broker. Fxcess is offshore for a reason.

Withdrawal problems

I was putting in bank details etc on the website on my account waiting to withdraw my £300 pounds and get a refund as I wanted to change broker it kicked me off halfway through and I couldn’t log back in I finally got back in and entered my details to realise that my £300 wasn’t there and said it had been withdrawn and conplete however I received my profit of 116 pounds but no 300 to be seen and all services are run by bots

Be aware of Scam!!!

As many people here I have made internal transfer from my account to my wallet on 19 January 2026 now is 12 February and it’s still pending for authorisation. Traiding account 1150027309 Transaction ID 73618051. This is not normall. And customers support is useless keep telling that they reported to account department and need wait for their response but they never do. They even don’t respond to the emails! People be careful don’t traid with them because they are just bunch of scammers who will take your money and then don’t give back. I thinking to report them to the fraud authorities if I won’t get my money in next week.

How come you replied so fast when I left a review there? So please let me know how long I’ll be waiting for my withdrawal. Today I received an email that my account is paused “ Reactivate your access to Trading Central
We’ve temporarily paused your access to Trading Central because there’s been no trading activity in the past 30 days.” explain me how I can traid if I requested a withdrawal and waiting a month to be approved and don’t try now to say because of this I won’t be able to withdraw money!

Question why they not answering to my emails but asking more information through Trustpilot instead of replaying to all my emails and all my questions? Got two case tickets [#115787], [#122704] and no reply to asked questions!

I have been trying to trasnfer my money…

I have been trying to trasnfer my money from an account to my wallet - it has been nearly a month and no update can be given except that they are waiting for another team to sort. Makes for a really untrustworthy platform when you cant get an update on your money nor withdraw it... BEWARE!!!

FXCess reached out through here and said to email them. I did and never heard back once again so have followed up for a second time.

MAYBE THIS TIME FXCESS WILL DO THE RIGHT THING AND RETURN MY MONEY????

I posted 3/2/2026. Their social media team responded to my post on this site to provide the appearance that FXCess are responsive. However I am still trying to transfer money from my trading account to my wallet. This isnt even a withdrawal request. It is supposed to get done in 3 hours, I submitted the request on 21 Jan 2025. Our money in this company is supposed to be in seperate accounts to the accounts used for the company to run, but It seems to me this company is in Dire Straits.

"...Now that ain't workin', that's (not) the way you do it, (I cant get my) money for nothing...."

You will see from the reply below," Your case has been escalated and is being handled with the highest priority." However the social media team is just blowing hot air and not fighting the fire. I am still waiting for FXCess to action my transfer to wallet request submitted 22.01.2026. It is meant to be a 3 hour process. I ask the social media team to publish here excatly what the problem is and why it is not getting actioned. "Highest Priority" Is not cutting it for the 100's of people trying to move money on this forum alone. If you are havingh issues with FXCess please like.

I am writing this to warn fellow traders about the predatory practices I experienced with FXCESS. My experience indicates a systematic effort to force account liquidations through leverage manipulation and high-pressure sales tactics.

Automated Trading using these Brokers:

Emzy’s bot, Noah’s bot Capital Nomad, Emil’s life, is the same person running a multi profiles on Telegram and partnered with Fxcess and RaiseFX broker to manipulate and deliberately wipe out customer’s trading accounts.

His signals and 9% of net profits are just the bait to get you onto his specific broker, where your account is eventually engineered to be wiped out.

Proofs of his whereabouts and insights are shared with the authorities.

Key Red Flags & Issues Encountered:

* Stealth Leverage Reduction:

Without any prior notice or email communication, FXCESS slashed the leverage on my open positions. This instantly inflated my margin requirements, triggering a "Stop Out" that wiped out my entire equity.

Deceptive Dashboard Reporting:

Even after they manually reduced my actual trading power, my account dashboard continued to falsely display 1:1000 leverage, making it impossible to manage risk accurately.

High-Pressure "Bonus" Traps: Account managers frequently call and pressure clients to deposit more funds to claim a "100% matching bonus."

This is designed to encourage larger lot sizes, making it easier for them to "blow" your account when they trigger a leverage change.

Vague "Aggressive Trading" Labels:

Despite only placing two trades per day, my account was flagged for "aggressive trading" as a justification for their actions. Support was unable to provide any evidence or definition of how my conservative strategy violated any terms.

Withdrawal Obstruction:

Every attempt to withdraw remaining profits or principal was met with rejection based on inconsistent and illogical "compliance" reasons.

Because of these irregularities, I have officially reported FXCESS to:

Think company has gone bust stealing money

Have been using for a while never had any issues until a few days ago
Spread is crazy and my internal transfer just says processing. Live chat are just robots and support don't answer any emails owed money you have 24 hours or will be reporting you on social media and financial authories. You have obviously gone bust and just stealing ppl money

I have already sent you an email you have until Friday to send me my money or will be reporting the company to the financial authorities

Update: internal transfer has been completed today have made a withdrawal will update if I get it communication has been terrible not one email back from support I just kept hounding them every day.

Withdrawal Requests Ignored.......

Withdrawal Requests Ignored.......

I am extremely concerned by the complete lack of transparency and responsiveness from FXCess.

I submitted a formal request to withdraw my account balance on 19 January. As of today, my funds have not been released, and despite numerous attempts to contact FXCess via live chat and support channels, I have received no clear explanation for the delay.

All responses provided so far have been generic, copy-and-paste replies, offering no meaningful update, no timeframe, and no accountability. Support agents are unable (or unwilling) to explain why my withdrawal is being withheld, which is wholly unacceptable.

My details are as follows:

Withdrawal request / transaction number: 73619246

What is most alarming is that after reviewing Trustpilot, it is clear that many other customers are reporting identical issues recently — delayed or blocked withdrawals, no answers, and blanket responses that resolve nothing.

This suggests a systemic problem, not an isolated incident.

This is my money. I am entitled to a clear explanation and a reasonable timeframe for release. At present, FXCess is failing on both counts.

I am requesting:
.A clear reason for the delay
.A definitive timeline for when my funds will be released
.Proper, case-specific communication instead of automated responses

Until this matter is resolved, I cannot recommend FXCess to anyone and will continue to raise concerns publicly. I am still awaiting answers and action.

Scam!!!! Absolutely dismal company! DO NOT TRADE HERE!

Absolutely dismal company, they are quick enough to take your money and internally transfer it straight away! But just the internal transfer (not actually withdrawing yet!) Requested in the 19th January. I have been waiting 2 weeks and it still has not been complete for me or my partner. After multiple messages, 2 tickets raised i have had zero response from the tickets and the customer service in the chat just say the same thing! We have raised it with the relevant team, we have pushed it through and we will make sure this get done! But nothing happens!

Do not trade with this company!

***** Update***** I have already emails "support" via the email below on multiple occasions and not had any response! This generic response they are sending to everyone shows enough for me! This place is really starting to make them self look like scam artists with zero interest helping customers! Do not trade with this company!!
