I highly recommend this shop. I went here to buy my first electric guitar. The guy listened and asked questions to find out what I wanted, and made enough suggestions to suit either side of my budget without making me feel overwhelmed. There was plenty of time to try the products, with the emphasis on finding a guitar that you love and want to play again and again.

An amazing local guitar shop. The guys are knowledgeable and helpful. I bought a lovely sounding Telecaster that was later set up exactly to my specifications and can not be happier. Just came back with a Les Paul, again, set up by them, and it’s a night and day difference. A really strong case in my belief in local businesses. Recommend

Been going here for well over 10 years, never a bad experience; I wonder if the review below is from the competition?!
Anyway, just got sent a pedal that I didn’t know I needed (or loved) until I found out about it from a mailing list email that offered it on a killer deal. Very happy, cheers fellas.

Always a passive aggressive experience.
The main guy is just awful. He is so difficult and such a smart arse. He will never miss an opportunity to 'correct' you about nothing... there is quite a lot of upselling too. It's just a really awful experience - luckily we now have a wonderful alternative run by lovely people in Pinner.

I was looking to purchase an electro-acoustic guitar but didn't know which make or model. After a conversation with Richard about my wish list, he spent well over an hour guiding me and giving me half a dozen guitars to consider. The whole experience meant I could make a decision based on how I felt about the guitar, its sound, feel, look etc. At no stage did I feel Richard was "pushing" any make/model. I purchased a great guitar and am very grateful to Richard for the help, assistance and guidance provided.

This is a great little shop with some really unique items as well as the usual stuff. The staff are super friendly and helpful and dont put any peressure on at all.

I would recomend this shop to anyone looking to buy a guitar or accesories or if you just want to try out some unique items. I purchased my first short scale base here with the help of the staff and it is fantastic. So much better than buying online.

The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and patient. They don't hound you and very good at finding the guitar for you for all price ranges.

I would recommend anyone to visit this shop, no matter the budget, they will find something for you.
