Bad quality and bad customer service
I don't recommend buying from this brand. The gloves are not heating, there are super uncomfortable with the battery on top of your wrist, and it's heavy so you couldn't wear them very long anyway. Plus, you only get 14 days to return your article to get a refund, EVEN during the Christmas Holidays. What a scam.

Moyenne. I was expecting they will heat more, according to the comments I have read. I used them while riding my bike, with 8-10 degrees of temperature, for 20 mins and still have my fingers cold.

I had frostbite …
I had frostbite and now have poor circulation leading to risk of more frostbite… these gloves bring the warmth I need to continue doing winter sports

Comme évoqué lors de notre échange, les batteries pleinement chargées (comptez environ 6-7h), disposeront de l'autonomie suivante, selon l'intensité :
Intensité faible - 6 à 7 heures d’autonomie
Intensité moyenne - 3 h 30 à 4 h 30
Intensité élevée - 2 à 3 heures
Ces valeurs étant données à titre indicatif dans des conditions optimales d'utilisation, elles peuvent changer en fonction des conditions climatiques et du produit chauffant.
Effectivement, le froid intense impactera les performances de la batterie (elle s'épuisera légèrement plus vite), le choix d'un powerbank disposant d'une capacité plus grande pourra vous aider.
