I brought a car from them

I brought a car from them, 30 mins after leaving them, the car started to smoke and went into limp mode, they said they would come and collect the car, which took them 3 days, a week later they said they would need more time to repair it, at which point I asked for a refund. This is the point in which they stopped answering my calls or responding to my messages, they now have my money and the car and i have had to start legal proceedings against them
