After 2 weeks, when the warranty expires, the sellers just take the account back and then refuse to help you.

EDIT: I can see the company responded blabbering about support. I already tried that. After 2 weeks, their warranty expires and there's absolutely nothing you can do to take your account back, and the seller goes unpunished. Avoid this service at all costs.

Title: G2G facilitated a $2,000 account recovery scam and refuses to act on their own Fraud Policy.
Review: I purchased a game account for $1,981.86 USD (Order #1784561439310XJRV). After I secured the account, the seller fraudulently used retained recovery information to steal the account back. I reported this immediately with full evidence (transaction hashes, screenshots, chat logs). G2G support confirmed the seller’s account was actioned/deactivated, proving misconduct occurred. However, they are hiding behind the "14-day GamerProtect" rule to deny me a refund. G2G’s own Terms of Service state that in cases of intentional fraud, "G2G reserves the right to recall all payments disbursed to the seller." Instead of protecting the buyer from a proven scammer on their platform, G2G allows the thief to keep the money and leaves the victim with nothing. I am now filing reports with local cybercrime authorities and the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE). Do not use this site for high-value account purchases; you have zero protection if the seller decides to scam you after 14 days.

They don't solve anything, offer zero compensation, and take no responsibility for allowing scam sellers on their platform, Even after submitting a ticket. This website is complete garbage.

and one just update to all peeps: this occurs at day 29 Aug 2026, 04:17 AM today its: 01 Aug 2026, 12:21 and still my money dont go back, also in documents of faq of g2g says: if item not as describe refund asap, but now, i need wait more 72 hours for decision, so, scam site, fake, try dont buy from that site, you may got trouble faster and lose your money.

I’ve bought 2 things from here one didn’t even get delivered and I had to apply for a refund the second I received it and it got token and I gave the seller a bad review because I was under the assumption that my account got took and when I asked for help the seller refused to help because I left a bad review due to his supplier changing a password for an account that I paid full access for like how is it my fault that you guys messed up? Now I’m down 60$ an ea account and can’t unlink my Xbox account that’s on there (edit i got my money back ALWAYS pay with paypal they open cases perfectly and ea gave me the account back no thanks to this scam of a site also they'll spam your email to tell your bank provider to cancel the refund)

I was going to buy the Elder Scrolls Skyrim: Special Edition through it but after all the reviews not anymore.
G2G and Difmark (at least) are scam facilitators!!!

I bought an EA Sports FC account via G2G (Order #1753450994924UI0I). After several months, the seller fraudulently changed the account credentials and recovery email to steal it back. The seller has been completely inactive and unresponsive on G2G chat for over 6 months.

I opened support tickets (#5744587), but representatives (Sunny R, Lily Zhao) hide behind the 14-day insurance policy to deny even basic G2G Store Credit. By doing this, G2G creates a safe haven for scam sellers who wait out 14 days and then reclaim accounts without any consequences.

I am requesting management to inspect Order #1753450994924UI0I and offer a fair resolution/credit for this fraudulent transaction.

Scam site they steal accounts once you buy them and the 1 month warranty expires and of course when you contact support they say they cant do anything because the warranty expired

It's a good site that connects seller and buyer from many different games. You can buy currencies, items, accounts, and many more. It has a secured system that guarantees your transactions are true and not scam.

I ordered a 1year YouTube subscription. It only lasted a month; G2G support is ignoring me, and so is the seller. I’ve lost my money, it’s a scam. I’m forced to file a fraud claim with my bank.

Only good if you are smart.

Despite how much they like to talk about making sure their sellers are legit and verified. I am confident they are easy to bypass for anybody who wants to play the system. So when shopping for accounts make sure to avoid new sellers no matter how high of a rating they have. Only shop for sellers who has at least 5 years of service (make sure they are consistent as well)

Understand on the limits of accounts you buy. (For example discord accounts are impossible for a seller to take back)
G2G warranty sucks they won't help and any "lifetime warranty" is bullshit.

If you are smart enough when it comes to buying you will have nothing but good experience. If you are an idiot then you would most likely call this site a scam.

Buy from the good sellers when bought from the wrong they sometimes scam you and take back the things you bought

Scam platform that supports selling of fake and banned accounts.

Be aware!!! Support protects scam sellers. I bought premium account that should last for one year, it stopped working after 3 weeks. It supossed to be safe transaction with guarantee. But seller deleted his account and just vanished, so I asked for refund. I got response from company that refund is impossible, and I was left with this problem alone. Not even small compensation was given. AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COST!

@edit Reply to g2g response: I already contacted your support with all needed details, proofs, videos, and you said that you WON'T investigate further. So stop saying otherwise. You literally replied to my mail you can't do anything, case closed.

Expect to be scammed by sellers then by custormer service.

i bought a 1 year subscription to a service.
got the account, all was working. Except seller cancelled it right after he secured payment and it stopped after first month. I messages seller, he ignored me. I opened ticket to support. And they took a week to deny my claim with bot answers.

What sellers do is:
deliver your order, secure your money, get their good review. And after 72h, your order is marked as complete and in good standing.

Then they cancel the services you paid for after first week. And support will give you BOT or AI answers on why it doesn't fit their refund policy.

Their refund policy "1.2 The product received by the buyer does not match the product description " is only worth if you do it without confirming good reception AND during first 72h. I have a history chat with seller telling him from the first minute that it's not what i paid for... it was still ok... reason why i did not open ticket. Then later, he cancelled the sub and i got scammed by both.

Do not trust what they advertise with buyer protection, you have none! Check the very detailed info on negative reviews... while generic 5* ones are probably paid bots.

Edit after seller response: I got a 25% refund (to spend on G2g!). Did you really think that giving me back crumbs would change the scam? I'm still very dissatisfied but took whatever instead of wasting more energy. There is no buyer protection after 72h.

Malgré ça, impossible de retirer mes 565€, et le support reste vague sur ce qui bloque encore. Ça fait 2 semaines de relances sans réponse claire.il n'y a aucune protection pour les vendeurs , I sold a game account on G2G over two weeks ago. Support asked for proof of the transaction, which I provided in full:

Complete conversation history with the buyer
A time-stamped video of the buyer confirming everything is working correctly

Despite this, I still can't withdraw my €565, and support keeps giving vague answers about what's still blocking it. It's been 2 weeks of follow-ups with no clear response.
