Honestly such a good website to buy accounts from, I would have rated it 5 stars but one thing I don’t like about it is if I want to buy a steam account(which is the main thing I buy from there) I c... See more

HORRIBLE site. No decent support, they demand a bunch of documents, then ban you for trying to insist on sending documents. They made me spend almost an hour trying to take photos and provide proof for the account, only to ban me in the end. Not to mention I was banned on two accounts for trying to register. HORRIBLE company. I advise looking for other places to sell rather than dealing with this bunch of disgusting people. HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE COMPANY.

I have been selling my game services for at least 3 years. and registered on all popular sites such as g2g.
And this is my first ban ever.
I was blocked for selling direct topup products, but I completed them as a manual topup. I didn't notice that I had set the direct topup, because the button was exactly in the same place as the manual, and it was the only one.
So I sold 2 items to one customer for $12 for all time. And LOL, g2g support really believes that this is the reason for a lifetime ban and balance freeze. I also want to clarify, the buyer was satisfied and has no complaints against me, and I also have 100% positive feedback for all time.
I HIGHLY do NOT recommend this site, the low rating on the trustpilot is absolutely deserved, and I really regret wasting my time.
And also, when my balance was blocked, and also now, I can still sell offers who listed before ban XDD. If I'm a fraud in your opinion, what prevents me from scam customers now? It's just terrible towards buyers and sellers. I really surprised why g2g so popular

UPDATE 27-01-2026:
G2G replied here claiming that buyer safety is a priority, but this is pure damage control. In my actual support tickets (Ticket ID: 5061799), their agents explicitly stated that providing third-party logins is an "accepted fulfillment practice." They flatly refused a refund even after I provided proof that the seller used a prohibited delivery method involving stolen credit card data. G2G says one thing publicly to look good, but does the opposite in their private support. My bank (Nordea) is now handling this as a fraud case since G2G refuses to take responsibility.
I am writing this to warn other players. I purchased digital currency for Warframe, but instead of a legitimate delivery, the seller forced me to use a prohibited and high-risk method. I was provided with third-party login credentials (Epic Games) and instructed NOT to link my accounts permanently—a clear tactic used to launder currency purchased with stolen credit cards via so-called "mule accounts."
When I realized this was a fraudulent scheme that would lead to a permanent ban of my game account by the developer (Digital Extremes), I contacted G2G support immediately. Despite providing clear screenshots of the seller's illegal instructions, G2G support (Agent Anastasya Z and Urie QA) refused to help. They claimed the delivery was "successful," even though they acknowledged the use of third-party account logins in their response.
G2G's "GamerProtect" is a scam. They knowingly allow sellers to use fraudulent delivery methods that violate game TOS and involve stolen financial data, and then they wash their hands of the responsibility. I have been forced to report this to my bank (Nordea) as a fraud case.
Avoid G2G at all costs if you value your game account and your financial security. They prioritize scammer commissions over buyer safety.

I am extremely disappointed with G2G’s "GamerProtect." After buying Throne and Liberty coins, the game hit me with a negative balance penalty for "suspicious trade"—a known developer action against RMT. The seller even admitted in chat that their delivery was unsafe due to "platform policy changes."
Despite providing screenshots of the penalty and the seller's admission, G2G support refused to help unless I contacted the game developer. Doing so is a trap that leads to a permanent account ban. G2G is protecting a seller using flagged methods instead of the buyer. I had to pay the developer directly just to fix the damage caused by this seller. Zero protection, zero help.

For your knowledge there is a 14-day buyer protection window and after that 14 days seller can just retrieve the account you bought and scam you. I contacted the support with every possible evidence and they denied the refund hiding behind that 14-day rule like cowards. I dont recommend buying anything from his site as there are more buyer friendly sites. If you got scammed for a steam account just contact steam support and tell tham that the account was bought, they will give it a sweet 25 years account lock ban and scammer will atleast get some justice.

I was permanently banned for sharing my contact info solely to give technical support to a buyer. It was an honest mistake, not an attempt to trade off-site. Support refused to listen or escalate to a manager. A permanent ban for a first-time error is completely unfair. I demand a proper review.

For one the order was not as described many of the characters that were supposed to be raised to prestige 9 weren't touched at all and then to top it off got a ten year ban from the game only 2 days after buying

I am an old seller of this page. This page protect customer and if customer used our service. Then they will write the ticket, supporters will refund all of money to customers. And they ban me, said i need to wait 6 months for release my payment. Then now after waiting 6 months. I contact supporters but they ignoring me lol they take our money and not release. And in time I sell on web. They stole 3 orders of me and never release even the customers dont report, they just take it away and no release
As you can see, they ignoring me on this review even dont ask me about the ID case lol

The boosting itself took about 16 hours. After it was completed, 48 hours later and I recieve a one month ban + my account wiped. I followed up with a message and got no reply back. I don’t recommend this service at all.

I’ve been selling on G2G for approximately four years. During this time, I’ve faced several instances where my balance was unfairly deducted due to fake buyer disputes or bank chargebacks. Despite these issues, I continued selling, assuming this was simply part of the business.
However, something unusual happened recently:
My listing was suspended.
When I asked for the reason, the support team stated that it was due to “duplicate listings.” According to them, having multiple listings for the same product is considered duplication — which is surprising, because it’s something sellers have been doing for years. In fact, many sellers, including top-level ones, still have multiple listings live on the platform.
I requested that, given my long history on G2G and my high seller level (Level 99), they consider issuing a warning first. Unfortunately, the team responded that the decision was final.
What makes the situation even more confusing is the lack of consistency: larger sellers still seem to have multiple listings without facing the same enforcement of this rule.
Overall, the experience has been frustrating, and I hope G2G improves the fairness and clarity of their policy enforcement going forward.

I've bought around 50 different games and accounts on this platform but recently i got scammed 8 times, first after a month the account was pulled back by the original owner (turns out the seller sold me a stolen account) Upon confronting the seller about it he responded with "It's been a month, you can't get a refund anyways" So he basically admitted to selling stolen accounts LOL
Other times i would just buy an account and it would be either pulled back or payment for the game on the account would get charged back after a month, and g2g doesn't care at all, tried contacting them many times, providing proof etc. to no avail.
And then today same thing happened to me but the account i bought was already banned, so I messaged the seller and asked him about it.
Instead of handling it in a normal manner he started gaslighting me and basically spamming over and over again that it is me who banned the account (even tho i provided him with timestamps and logs from both g2g and the email proving that i bought the account and logged into it 5 minutes later) So there was no way for me to ban it.
Disputed the payment with g2g, I will update the review once they refund the payment or maybe they will take the scammers side, we will see what happens.
ANOTHER UPDATE:
I contacted g2g once again since they responded with such request to this review, i will let you guys know how it went.

I was a verified G2G seller with a 90+ rating and only positive reviews under my shop “CheapYet.” One honest mistake — listing a game account in the wrong category — got my account locked and over $600 frozen. They told me to wait 6 months, but after that, I couldn’t even log in. Support ignores all my emails and messages.
This is an overreaction and very unfair treatment to loyal sellers. If you must sell on G2G, never keep your money there — always withdraw it right away. Once something goes wrong, you risk losing both your account and your funds.

You will get scammed. You will get your item but you will also lose it at the same time because they will scam you and then they will ban you. Don't trust this terrible site.
