Service is working well. I had an issue with the EPG at first, but the seller responded and provided a new EPG URL that fixed the problem. Good support and everything is working now.

I rated G2G 5 stars because the entire experience was smooth and reliable. The platform was easy to use, the transaction was completed quickly, and everything went exactly as expected. I also appreciated the secure payment process and responsive service. Overall, G2G made buying simple, safe, and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend it to others.

As a seller… this site is trash.
They charge quickly, but to get paid as a seller, besides having to wait 14 days, they force you to create a Payoneer account, and once you request the payment, you still have to wait longer.
I do not recommend selling on g2g.

I had an issue with a seller after purchasing a CapCut Pro account. The seller stopped responding to my messages, and I was concerned that the product did not match what was advertised.
I contacted G2G Support and provided all the requested evidence, including screenshots and a video. The support team reviewed my case professionally, kept the investigation fair, and refunded my payment after completing their review.
I appreciate that G2G took the time to examine the evidence instead of making a quick decision. My issue was with the seller, not with G2G. Thank you to the support team for handling the case fairly and

It's 2026. The website still doesn't allow you to top up your G2G balance.
To buy, for example, 2, 3, or 4 accounts from different sellers on G2G, you need to make 2, 3, or 4 separate transactions and pay the payment method network fee each time.
This means I can't top up my balance and use it to buy accounts, as a regular customer.
I need to buy one account at a time and pay with my card each time, paying the fee each time, instead of topping up my balance with the required amount once and paying the network fee once.
I frequently buy Instagram Views and YouTube Views, which cost around $1 each time. And I need to make separate transactions for each $1 order.
The website has removed the refund feature from G2G Store Credits.
This means you can't top up your G2G Store Credits anymore.

I sold my clash of clans accounts recently 2 of them to be precise and a valorant account but 1 of the clash clans account which was sold to a Spanish guy asked a refund and just claimed that I tried to recover my account I also raised the issue to g2g to make fair judgement provided all evidence still got no payment and the scammer buyer got my account now g2g didn't give a care to it either for a seller I would never be returning to this platform from now on. The other buyers were just average gamers so had no issues with them but this one just made me loose faith in the platform.frick you legen12369 for scamming and you g2g for not getting the right judgement.
How do I know he is spanish?
he cursed me in spanish and called me many things.

I paid €290 for two orders (#1783607462776R8XJ and #1783594237889D1NG) using their integrated Ramp Network payment option directly on the G2G checkout page.
The money left my wallet and was 100% confirmed on the Bitcoin blockchain (TXIDs: 922ac3ba9281a8b3074092bbf5850901e69a8b16bbcf421ca0236a2829ffdf00 and 9f8a1e689499f549a1335ecd31108a34646e0db25537ee2ac15e14ff61e80b8b). However, G2G's system keeps marking the orders as "Unpaid" due to an internal API error on their end. Support (Ticket #5609718 & #5638314) keeps sending the exact same automated copy-pasted response claiming the address is wrong, refusing to open the official Ramp receipts or blockchain links. This is total negligence. I demand a manager to manually verify the blockchain transactions and release my orders or refund my €290 immediately.

According to their reply, a refund was issued right after cancellation, this isn't true and I never received my £1.14 instead they just took 85p from me and "refunded that to the original payment method" which I never asked them to do, they refunded a completely different order I made which I made no mention of in support, they obviously do not even read their support inquiries and they also make lots of spelling mistakes in their emails.

Genuinely amazing seller. I was really nervous because my first payment failed, but they were patient, reassuring, and always replied to my messages. They waited for me, explained the account details, and helped me through the whole process. The account was exactly as described and had everything I wanted. Thank you again for your honesty, patience, and excellent support. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and would certainly return for more.

Not to trust. I have purchased some gold for GW2. After 2 days seller SunRise still failed to deliver it, no communication, nothing. It's OK, I got refund...but that refund didn't go to my original payment method; it went to the G2G wallet. Why would you think I would trust you and buy again if you cannot deliver a simple order?
I am sure many orders go through properly. But don't buy from the SunRise seller. You will get played.

I loved the service. The process was fast, affordable, and straightforward, with no issues at all during payment. I’ll definitely continue using this service in the future and highly recommend it to others.

My seller level on G2G is 116.
I had been selling on G2G for quite some time. When I listed my products, cryptocurrency withdrawals were fully available to my account, so naturally I expected to be paid through the same withdrawal method after making successful sales.
That never happened.
I passed KYC verification.
My seller account is active.
I have no violations, no disputes, no sanctions, and G2G has repeatedly confirmed that my Seller Balance is legitimate. On g2g.com, my country is listed as available for withdrawal.
Yet I still cannot access my own money.
After my sales were completed, G2G's payment partner (Triple-A) permanently refused to process cryptocurrency withdrawals for me. Their decision was final and there was no appeal process.
At that point, I expected G2G to do what any marketplace should do when its own payment infrastructure fails a legitimate seller: provide an alternative way to receive funds.
Instead, support spent months sending variations of the same template replies.
"Use another withdrawal method."
The problem was that I had already explained, repeatedly and in detail, why none of the remaining withdrawal methods were actually available in my situation. Every time I received another identical response, it became increasingly obvious that nobody was addressing the actual problem.
So I asked G2G a simple question:
What happens when a verified seller has legitimately earned money, but none of the available payout methods can actually be used?
The answer was effectively:
Nothing.
No alternative payout.
No manual payment.
No exception process.
No contingency plan.
Your money simply remains on your Seller Balance until a withdrawal method somehow becomes available again.
I then requested conversion of my Seller Balance into G2G Store Credit.
This is not a fictional feature. It already exists and is currently used by G2G for certain seller accounts.
I wasn't asking for special treatment. I asked G2G to use an existing solution to prevent legitimately earned funds from remaining inaccessible.
They refused.
No meaningful explanation.
At that moment I realized the real issue wasn't Triple-A anymore.
The real issue was that G2G had no practical solution once its own payment system stopped working for a legitimate seller.
Think about that before you decide to sell here.
You can pass KYC.
Follow every rule.
Complete successful sales.
Have G2G acknowledge that the money belongs to you.
And still find yourself unable to access your own earnings while support continues suggesting withdrawal methods that you've already demonstrated are unusable.
To me, money that exists only as a number on a screen—but cannot actually be withdrawn or used—isn't really accessible money at all.
This review is no longer about the amount involved.
It's about trust.
Because I learned too late that successfully earning money on G2G does not necessarily mean you'll ever be able to receive it if something goes wrong with their chosen payment provider.
Every statement in this review is supported by months of correspondence with both G2G and Triple-A. If anyone—including other sellers, journalists, or G2G representatives—would like to review the complete email chain and supporting evidence, I'm happy to provide it.
If you're considering becoming a seller on G2G, ask yourself one question:
Would you be okay with not receiving your earnings because of issues between g2g.com and their contractor, triple-a.io a company I literally hadn't even heard of until my withdrawal request was denied?
Rest assured, if you find yourself in a similar situation, G2G will treat you the same way. I strongly advise against it!
Update after answer:
My account ID is 5460396. My G2G ticket #5471013 is still open. Just go in and read it, everything is explained there in detail over a couple of months.

This is hands down the worst experience I have ever had. If you value your mental health, absolutely do not buy or sell anything on this platform.I successfully made a sale, and they held my funds for 14 days. After making me wait for two full weeks, they sent me a message demanding that I upload proofs. I uploaded everything immediately and waited another 48 hours. Once that time was up, I attempted to withdraw my money. I hit confirm, only to be hit with yet another mandatory 48-hour waiting period.I patiently waited through that as well. Just when I thought the transfer would finally happen, they sent me another email out of nowhere, demanding a utility bill to verify my address. Fine, I uploaded that immediately too. And guess what? Another message arrived stating that the manual review will take an additional 48 hours!Right now, I am forced to sit and wait for this timer to end. I already know what will happen; they will make me wait 48 hours, then find another excuse for another 48 hours... and the worst part is, I still have no idea if I will ever receive my hard-earned money. This site is absolutely unreliable. Dealing directly with an individual wouldn't take this long; at least with a person, you would find out within the exact same minute whether you are being scammed or not. Because they keep locking me into these endless 48-hour loops, I still don't even know if I am being actively scammed by the platform itself. On top of all this nightmare, their website is incredibly poorly optimized. The user interface is awful, hard to navigate, and you can never find what you are looking for. I absolutely do not recommend G2G to anyone. If it turns out that they have stolen my money, I will be back here to update this review and expose them further.
Edit; After long struggles and waiting for 48 hours, I finally received my payment. The issues I explained above have been resolved, thank you. However, they urgently need to reorganize their website; it definitely needs to be much more user-friendly and faster.

Had a very bad experience with G2G I bought an account on there for £4 and then 1 week later the account was stolen back and support credited it back to my balance instead of my original payment method, I don’t trust this website anymore and neither should you.

I purchased Guild Wars 2 gold from the seller "SunRise" on G2G. The gold delivered was instantly flagged by the game developer as being sourced from stolen payment methods and fraudulent accounts, resulting in an immediate ban on my game account. When I opened a help ticket, G2G's customer service repeatedly rejected the case and refused to acknowledge the clear seller fraud. I had to bypass their support entirely and file a dispute with PayPal to force a refund and recover my money. If you value your gaming accounts, stay completely away from this platform and this specific seller. Their support team will not protect you from fraudulent vendors.
G2G's reply is completely misleading. Official game support explicitly states that this transaction was flagged for direct association with "accounts that have either committed or are directly associated with fraud." Your "GamerProtect" policy is a scam if it allows vendors to distribute stolen goods that instantly detonate buyer accounts, and then protects the fraudulent seller instead of the customer.

Loyal customer since 2020: Great platform, but blocked by a rigid verification policy (KYC)
I have been using G2G since 2020, buying various items several times a year (game accounts, in-game currency, and items). From a purely commercial standpoint, my overall experience has been excellent. I have almost never encountered any major issues. On the rare occasions a problem did arise, it was resolved very quickly, either by the seller or by G2G support (the admins). The platform is reliable, secure, and efficient for transactions.
Unfortunately, I feel compelled to leave a 3/5 rating due to a recent situation where customer support completely ignores my concerns.
As I now want to make larger and more expensive purchases, the platform requires me to go through an identity verification process (KYC - Know Your Customer). I completely understand the need for this security measure, it makes perfect sense for G2G to protect itself against fraudulent buyers using stolen credit cards or hacked PayPal accounts, especially when dealing with new accounts attempting large transactions right away. However, my situation is entirely different.
Having been a victim of identity theft in the past, I categorically refuse to upload my official documents online. I do not even hold a government digital ID by personal choice. This is not due to a lack of trust in G2G's staff, but rather because the risk of data breaches is permanent on the internet. I simply refuse to risk having a photo of my ID and my face leaked into the wild.
What disappoints me the most is the lack of flexibility and consideration for my customer history:
I have been a regular customer for 6 years (since 2020), spending a significant amount of money on this platform.
I mainly use PayPal, with an account linked to my personal bank card for over 10 years.
My purchase history proves the absolute consistency of my payment methods. G2G has access to these logs and can easily verify that my profile is completely legitimate, without needing to analyze my face or my ID.
Every time I tried to calmly explain my situation and my background to customer support, they gave generic, automated responses before unilaterally closing the ticket. It is extremely frustrating to block and lose such a loyal customer through the blind enforcement of a rule, without any case-by-case evaluation.
The platform is great for trading, but customer service turns into a brick wall the moment privacy concerns are raised.

Seller ID: 1002646461
I am writing this review because my experience as a seller on G2G has been extremely unfair, stressful, and disappointing.
G2G took enforcement action against my seller account and affected my account/funds, but they did not provide any clear evidence, proof, or detailed explanation about what policy I allegedly violated. They only gave me generic answers.
I contacted G2G support multiple times asking for a real explanation, proof, and the exact reason for the action. Instead of helping me, support kept replying with vague messages, closing tickets, or avoiding the main issue. No one gave me clear evidence. No one explained exactly what I did wrong. No one gave me a fair chance to resolve the situation properly.
Another serious issue is the refund/payment side. My funds were affected, and I asked clearly about my money and refund/payment situation, but support did not give me a clear final answer. As a seller, this is very worrying because G2G can restrict an account, affect funds, and then avoid giving a transparent explanation about when or how the seller will receive their money.
G2G replied on Trustpilot saying that affected sellers are notified with details before action is applied. In my case, this is not true. I did not receive clear details, real evidence, or a transparent explanation before or after the enforcement action. This confirms my concern that the process is not fair or transparent for sellers.
The main problem is not only the account action. The real problem is that G2G can restrict a seller, affect their money, and possibly delay or block refund/payment matters without providing proper proof. Then support sends generic replies instead of doing a real review.
I am ready to update this review publicly if G2G provides real evidence, a clear written reason, and a fair solution regarding my account and funds. But until now, from my experience, this feels like a scam-like enforcement system against sellers.
I strongly warn other sellers to be careful before relying on G2G as a marketplace. A platform that can take action without transparent proof and leave sellers uncertain about their funds is not safe for serious sellers.
I am still waiting for G2G to provide:
The exact policy I allegedly violated
Real evidence/proof
A clear written explanation
A fair review of my case
A clear answer about my refund/payment/funds
A proper solution for my seller account
Until then, my opinion remains the same: G2G is not transparent with sellers, and my experience scam.

I want to warn people again about G2G.
G2G publicly replies on Trustpilot with polite apologies, saying they are sorry and that they want customers to receive “real answers rather than copy-paste replies”. But my experience inside their own ticket system is completely different.
After their public Trustpilot reply, I gave G2G another chance. I opened and replied to tickets, asked direct questions, requested proof, and requested the official legal company address for formal written correspondence.
What happened?
They closed my tickets without giving a real answer.
My formal complaint was closed without providing the requested proof, without giving the official legal company address, without escalation, and without answering my direct questions. This is exactly the problem: G2G says one thing publicly on Trustpilot, but behind the scenes they do something completely different.
In my case, G2G keeps saying that two EUR 0.50 deductions, totaling EUR 1.00, were caused by the payment provider. But when I asked for proof, they could not provide ARN numbers, refund receipts, fee breakdowns, payment provider proof, or even clear G2G-side refund records showing exactly what they sent.
So G2G expects buyers to simply believe them without evidence.
No proof. No clear refund breakdown. No official legal address. No real solution. Just repeated replies and closed tickets.
Support replies were sent under different names/departments, including Aurora Del Castillo, Adrien Klynn, Atika Za, Anastaysa Z and the Accounting Department. But none of them provided the actual proof I asked for. Instead, the same unsupported explanation kept coming back: “payment provider fee”. When I asked for proof, the proof was not provided.
That is not support. That is avoiding responsibility.
This is not only about EUR 1.00. It is about the principle. If a seller fails to deliver, the buyer should not lose even more money just to receive a refund.
In my opinion, this raises serious consumer protection concerns. Under Directive (EU) 2019/770, Articles 13, 16 and 18, consumers have remedies when digital content or digital services are not supplied, and reimbursement should not impose fees on the consumer. Directive 2005/29/EC, Articles 5, 6 and 7, prohibits unfair and misleading commercial practices. In the Netherlands, Dutch Civil Code Book 6, Articles 6:193b, 6:193c and 6:193d BW, also deals with unfair and misleading commercial practices.
There is also a much bigger safety issue. Suspicious chatgpt.com accounts are being sold on G2G for around EUR 1–2, while ChatGPT Plus officially costs around USD 20 per month. After purchasing such an account, I was able to see personal billing information, invoice details, PayPal-related payment information, a name and address belonging to another person.
That is extremely serious. It raises concerns about unauthorized accounts, misuse of personal data, unsafe marketplace practices, and sellers staying active after reports.
I reported these issues. I provided information. I opened tickets. I followed their process. Yet instead of real buyer protection, I received repeated replies, no proof, and tickets being closed without resolution.
Do not be fooled by G2G’s polite public replies on Trustpilot. In my experience, those replies are public damage control. Behind the scenes, the ticket system gives repeated answers, avoids direct proof, ignores requests for a legal address, and then closes complaints.
My warning is simple: be very careful with G2G. If something goes wrong, you may be left with suspicious sellers, missing refund amounts, unwanted store credit, no proof, no legal contact details, and support tickets closed without proper answers.
I will continue posting factual updates here until G2G gives real answers to my questions, provides the requested proof, and explains why my tickets are being closed without resolution.
People deserve to know what kind of company G2G really is in practice: nice words in public, but no proof, no official legal address, no real solution, and tickets closed without proper answers.
Until G2G actually resolves this, I will keep updating this review with the truth and with every new development.
G2G: stop saying sorry in public and start proving what you claim. Provide the refund records, provide the official legal company address, refund the missing EUR 1.00, investigate suspicious chatgpt.com account sales, and actually protect buyers.
