Very dodgy site.
Successfully completed a small (£5ish) order but a larger order failed.
Because there's no simple way to get support, there's no way to get a refund. And if you do manage to get a refund, you may find that the 'commission' part of the payment does not get refunded.
Long story short, I've lost a few pounds BUT the rest of my funds (£17) are stuck on the site an d I can ee no way of getting it back.
The site clearly makes the process of getting a refund *so* difficult that many will just give up.

They were very professional, very fast and solved my issue. When I asked them if I could get a refund on my payment method instead of G2G credit, I got a reply within 3 minutes telling me it was issued.

Many products listed as "999pcs" in stock, are infact NOT in stock. You're able to buy gift cards, the site says you'll receive the code immediately, but even after waiting for 8 hours, and contacting the seller, no code is given. ~26 hours later, after the Sale i required the gift card for ended, i was refunded.
Now, this is not directly g2g's fault, as the seller is responsible - BUT - even 2 weeks after reaching out to g2g support, the seller is still able to advertise the product which he does NOT have, and never had (as the platform clearly shows 0 sales for this product). G2G's answer to this is basically "Your purchase has been refunded in Store Credits already", and closed the Ticket. No action against the Seller taken. And not even refunded to my original payment method (without even asking if i'm okay with store credits).
As i already explained in my support ticket, it CANNOT be in G2G's interest to sell items they don't have in stock, and refund a day later, causing customers a huge headache, blocking their funds for more than 24 hours, and likely making them never visit again.
And the thing that tilts me the most about this, i am unable to give the seller a negative review after i've been refunded, even though my experience was immensely negative, causing me to miss a sale.
What i expected after opening my support ticket was seeing action against this seller being taken, at the very least seeing this specific item being unlisted. Instead, nothing happened, and i received copy-pasted default answers by "Dylan Fa" and "Jovano H", telling me i was refunded and should basically shut up.

I am a paying customer who used G2G’s official cryptocurrency payment system.
I sent 85.84 USDT via the Polygon network through TripleA, a payment method directly provided by G2G. The blockchain transaction was successfully completed and the funds were transferred correctly.
Despite this, the payment failed to reflect in my order due to an error. Since then, I have been completely ignored by both G2G and TripleA.
I have submitted support tickets and contacted both sides, yet there has been absolute silence for an extended period with no meaningful response, no update, and no resolution.
This is completely unacceptable. G2G offers an “official” payment system, yet refuses to take responsibility when it fails and leaves customers stranded with no support or accountability.
At this point, it feels like the system exists to collect payments but not to resolve issues when they go wrong.
I have full evidence including transaction hash, order details, support tickets, and screenshots of the error. I will escalate this to Trustpilot and any other review platforms if this continues to be ignored.

Title: No Buyer Protection – Refund Refused Even After Seller Ban
I had a very disappointing experience with G2G.
Ticket ID: 5230452
I made a purchase through their platform, but the seller failed to deliver and disappeared after receiving payment.
After I reported the issue, G2G investigated and confirmed that the seller violated their policies. They even banned the seller’s account.
Despite this, G2G refused to refund my money.
Their justification is that the transaction is “between buyer and seller,” even though they:
* Process payments
* Charge service fees
* Control the platform
If a platform allows a fraudulent seller and cannot even contact them, how can the buyer be held responsible?
They closed my case and refused further review without providing any resolution.
This experience shows that G2G does not offer real buyer protection.
I strongly advise others to be cautious when using this platform.

This is my final warning regarding my experience with G2G.
It has now been 11 days, and I still have not received my refund. I reported the seller as a scammer from the beginning and fully cooperated by providing all required information. Despite this, there is still no resolution and no clear update.
This level of delay is completely unacceptable for a platform that claims to offer buyer protection. The lack of action raises serious concerns about how customer disputes are handled.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will proceed to escalate this matter further, including filing formal complaints and pursuing a chargeback through my payment provider.
To anyone considering using G2G — please be cautious. Based on my experience, resolving issues here may take far longer than expected.
