Service is working well. I had an issue with the EPG at first, but the seller responded and provided a new EPG URL that fixed the problem. Good support and everything is working now.

I want to warn people again about G2G.
G2G publicly replies on Trustpilot with polite apologies, saying they are sorry and that they want customers to receive “real answers rather than copy-paste replies”. But my experience inside their own ticket system is completely different.
After their public Trustpilot reply, I gave G2G another chance. I opened and replied to tickets, asked direct questions, requested proof, and requested the official legal company address for formal written correspondence.
What happened?
They closed my tickets without giving a real answer.
My formal complaint was closed without providing the requested proof, without giving the official legal company address, without escalation, and without answering my direct questions. This is exactly the problem: G2G says one thing publicly on Trustpilot, but behind the scenes they do something completely different.
In my case, G2G keeps saying that two EUR 0.50 deductions, totaling EUR 1.00, were caused by the payment provider. But when I asked for proof, they could not provide ARN numbers, refund receipts, fee breakdowns, payment provider proof, or even clear G2G-side refund records showing exactly what they sent.
So G2G expects buyers to simply believe them without evidence.
No proof. No clear refund breakdown. No official legal address. No real solution. Just repeated replies and closed tickets.
Support replies were sent under different names/departments, including Aurora Del Castillo, Adrien Klynn, Atika Za, Anastaysa Z and the Accounting Department. But none of them provided the actual proof I asked for. Instead, the same unsupported explanation kept coming back: “payment provider fee”. When I asked for proof, the proof was not provided.
That is not support. That is avoiding responsibility.
This is not only about EUR 1.00. It is about the principle. If a seller fails to deliver, the buyer should not lose even more money just to receive a refund.
In my opinion, this raises serious consumer protection concerns. Under Directive (EU) 2019/770, Articles 13, 16 and 18, consumers have remedies when digital content or digital services are not supplied, and reimbursement should not impose fees on the consumer. Directive 2005/29/EC, Articles 5, 6 and 7, prohibits unfair and misleading commercial practices. In the Netherlands, Dutch Civil Code Book 6, Articles 6:193b, 6:193c and 6:193d BW, also deals with unfair and misleading commercial practices.
There is also a much bigger safety issue. Suspicious chatgpt.com accounts are being sold on G2G for around EUR 1–2, while ChatGPT Plus officially costs around USD 20 per month. After purchasing such an account, I was able to see personal billing information, invoice details, PayPal-related payment information, a name and address belonging to another person.
That is extremely serious. It raises concerns about unauthorized accounts, misuse of personal data, unsafe marketplace practices, and sellers staying active after reports.
I reported these issues. I provided information. I opened tickets. I followed their process. Yet instead of real buyer protection, I received repeated replies, no proof, and tickets being closed without resolution.
Do not be fooled by G2G’s polite public replies on Trustpilot. In my experience, those replies are public damage control. Behind the scenes, the ticket system gives repeated answers, avoids direct proof, ignores requests for a legal address, and then closes complaints.
My warning is simple: be very careful with G2G. If something goes wrong, you may be left with suspicious sellers, missing refund amounts, unwanted store credit, no proof, no legal contact details, and support tickets closed without proper answers.
I will continue posting factual updates here until G2G gives real answers to my questions, provides the requested proof, and explains why my tickets are being closed without resolution.
People deserve to know what kind of company G2G really is in practice: nice words in public, but no proof, no official legal address, no real solution, and tickets closed without proper answers.
Until G2G actually resolves this, I will keep updating this review with the truth and with every new development.
G2G: stop saying sorry in public and start proving what you claim. Provide the refund records, provide the official legal company address, refund the missing EUR 1.00, investigate suspicious chatgpt.com account sales, and actually protect buyers.

I have purchased Claude Pro subscription. My Order number is 1782868142389EQDU. The seller sent me credentials to a free account rather than a pro account. Totally scam website. The website says "If you received the wrong / incomplete / invalid items, please file a report or the payment will be released to the seller after 3 days." but the site doesn't let me click the Report button.
UPD: I was able to report it somehow. But still waiting for the issue to be resolved.
UPD: I got refunded.

FINAL WARNING ABOUT G2G — BUYERS SHOULD BE VERY CAREFUL
I want to warn people clearly about G2G. In my experience, this platform does not protect buyers properly and gives nice public replies on Trustpilot while the real ticket support keeps repeating the same copy-paste answers.
My case is Ticket ID #5533537. G2G publicly replied on Trustpilot saying they wanted to review my case properly and give clear answers instead of generic replies. But inside their own support system, I kept receiving the same unsupported answers again and again.
Support replies were sent under the names Aurora Del Castillo, Adrien Klynn and Atika Za, as well as the Accounting Department. Instead of a real solution, I kept getting the same message: G2G says the payment provider deducted the money, but G2G refuses or is unable to provide real proof.
The refund issue is simple. Twice, EUR 0.50 was missing from my refunds. That is EUR 1.00 in total. G2G claims this was a payment provider fee, but when I asked for proof, they said they cannot provide ARN numbers, refund receipts, payment provider fee breakdowns, or proper evidence from the payment provider. They also still did not provide clear G2G-side proof showing exactly what amount they refunded.
So G2G expects buyers to believe them without evidence. No proof, no clear refund breakdown, no real solution. In my opinion, this feels like money being taken from buyers without a valid explanation. If a seller fails to deliver, the buyer should not lose even more money just to get a refund.
This is not only about EUR 1.00. It is about the principle. G2G keeps saying nice things in public, but in the actual ticket they do not give the proof I ask for.
There is also a much bigger issue. Suspicious chatgpt.com accounts are being sold on G2G for around EUR 1–2, while ChatGPT Plus normally costs around USD 20 per month officially. After purchasing one of these accounts, I could see personal billing details, invoice information, PayPal-related payment information, a name and address belonging to another person. That is extremely serious. It raises concerns about stolen or unauthorized accounts and misuse of personal data.
I reported problems, gave information, opened tickets and followed G2G’s process. Yet sellers appear to remain active, and buyers are left exposed. That is not buyer protection.
In my opinion, G2G is failing to follow proper consumer protection standards. Directive (EU) 2019/770, including Articles 13, 16 and 18, gives consumers remedies when digital content or digital services are not supplied, and reimbursement should not impose fees on the consumer. The Digital Services Act, Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, includes rules for online platforms regarding notice-and-action, complaint handling and trader traceability.
Do not blindly believe G2G’s public replies on Trustpilot. In my experience, they say publicly that they care, but inside the ticket system the same names and departments keep sending repeated answers without real proof.
My warning is simple: be very careful with G2G. If something goes wrong, you may be left with scam sellers, missing refund amounts, unwanted store credit, no clear proof, and support that keeps sending the same answers.
G2G: stop making public promises and start proving what you claim. Provide the refund records, provide the legal company details, refund the missing EUR 1.00, investigate suspicious chatgpt.com account sales, and actually protect buyers.

No response received after the seller received the payment. Please consider carefully before purchasing. 06/29/2026 G2G has now resolved the issue for me. It might have been my own fault for not checking the shop myself.

A seller committed payment fraud on G2G. Riot Games officially confirmed to me that the payment made by the sender's account to make the gift was canceled, so they removed the skin from my account. I provided clear, official screenshots from Riot Games showing that the seller scammed me and reversed the payment. Despite this clear evidence of financial fraud, G2G support agent Olivia Ford refuses to refund me under the GamerProtect policy, claiming it is an issue taken by the publisher. G2G is protecting a confirmed fraudulent seller who stole my money. Order number 177228212537A8C4. Ticket number 5558466.

I want to seriously warn people about G2G.
My experience with G2G has gone far beyond bad customer service. In my opinion, this platform acts in a misleading and unfair way, while customers are left dealing with scam sellers, vague refunds, delayed support and empty public promises.
I had multiple order/refund issues where sellers did not properly deliver what was purchased. I provided evidence, opened tickets and followed G2G’s process, but still had to chase them again and again. Instead of real buyer protection, I received generic replies, delays, unclear refund amounts and excuses.
The site appears to be full of scam sellers. Even when proof is provided that a seller failed to deliver, G2G does not properly protect the buyer. In my case, the issue remained unresolved while I was left fighting to get my own money back. That is not buyer protection. That is letting the customer take the loss.
G2G also deducted €0.50 from my refund and claimed it was a payment provider/refund processing fee. I do not accept that. If the seller fails to deliver, the buyer should not be punished financially. It does not matter if it is “only” €0.50. It is still my money, and money should not be deducted without a clear legal basis.
I also received a message saying I would only receive €1.39 back from a €2.89 payment. Even if a €1.00 handling fee is not refunded, the refund should still be €1.89. That means another €0.50 disappears without a clear valid reason. On top of that, I still have €4.75 stuck as G2G Store Credit, while I want my money returned to my original payment method.
This raises serious legal concerns. Under Directive (EU) 2019/770, Articles 13, 14, 16 and 18, consumers have remedies when digital content or services are not supplied or not in conformity, and reimbursement should be made without imposing fees on the consumer. Directive 2005/29/EC, Articles 5, 6 and 7, prohibits unfair and misleading commercial practices. In the Netherlands, similar rules exist under Dutch Civil Code Book 6, Articles 6:193b, 6:193c and 6:193d BW.
The Digital Services Act, Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, also requires online platforms to have proper notice-and-action systems, complaint handling and trader traceability, including Articles 16, 20, 30 and 31. If a marketplace is repeatedly used by scam sellers and buyers provide evidence, the platform should not ignore it or let customers carry the loss.
Their Trustpilot replies also feel fake to me. Publicly, they say they are sorry and want to help, but behind the scenes nothing meaningful happens. Nice words do not solve unresolved tickets, missing refunds or unfair deductions.
For me, this feels like scam behavior. Whether it is €0.50, €1.00, €4.75 or more, the principle is the same: a company should not keep or deduct a customer’s money without a clear, valid and legal explanation.
I strongly advise people to avoid G2G. If something goes wrong, you may be left fighting scam sellers, slow support, vague refund deductions, unwanted store credit and public promises that do not match reality.
G2G: stop posting nice words on Trustpilot and actually solve the case. Refund the missing amounts, return my remaining store credit, provide official refund proof and start protecting buyers properly.

i love this website i can get any type of account for 80% off, the problem that i got is with the seller that are putting items where they shoudn't (like a shared account in the private account section , or an account in the topup section)
but in general the website is good the respond is fast and the payment is secure

Avoid this platform completely. I have been a user with zero issues when using my UK card under my full name and address. However, the moment I used a card issued in another country—still under my exact same name—they flagged the account and completely blocked me from my funds.
Their identity verification system is a total joke. The built-in camera app forces a picture instantly before the phone lens can even auto-focus, creating blurry images. Then, their support team just sends the exact same automated, copy-pasted responses over and over. They completely ignore actual communication.
I have gone above and beyond to clear this up. I sent them manual, crystal-clear pictures of the front and back of my ID, a selfie, and even a screenshot of my online banking showing the exact reference number and payment amount in Euros. They ignored all of it and just keep hitting resend on the same script.
They took my money, refused to provide the service, and won't let me access my account or get a refund. It feels like an outright scam. Do not trust them with your money.

Bought a "time sensitive* boost. Payment was "received" but I needed to contact support for it to be verified (idk what that means). Contacted support, automated messages telling me that my order is refunded (when I didn't ask for it in any way, i just wanted it to be verified), and then when I told them I wanted it verified, they just closed the ticket. This happened twice. Obviously, they didn't verify it in time for the boost to be able to take place, and I will have to request a refund.
Avoid at all costs, sellers are not scammers, but the platform itself is. I will file a dispute with PayPal.

Bought an account and i paid using bitcoin, the payment went trough and i got charged but in the website it said i didn't pay. i contacted support and they cancelled my order

Purchased a gift card from a seller who tried to scam me by phishing for sensitive information. I submitted a ticket, but the customer service is nonexistent. There is no “24/7” support.
I was only able to get a refund after reporting it to PayPal, and I am now being spammed with emails from G2G begging me to reconsider the payment, despite me reporting that the seller did not provide a key. I’m not sure why the customer service team is supporting this seller.
Edited to respond to G2G:
I find it interesting that the response and attitude suddenly changed once my review was posted publicly.
None of this was said to me in the email thread. Instead, I was repeatedly told that nothing further would be done because I had opened a PayPal dispute. My concerns were largely ignored, and I kept receiving generic responses that didn’t seem relevant to my actual case.
It’s only now, after leaving a public review, that I’m being told the seller has been dealt with and that the phishing attempt was taken seriously.
I appreciate that the order was eventually cancelled and refunded, but the support experience that led up to that outcome was genuinely poor. If this level of communication had been shown from the start, I wouldn’t have needed to escalate the issue through PayPal or leave a negative review in the first place.

You get account for month that is getting banned in 48h. Supplier will not provide new one. G2G will not refund because you RECEIVED account. You can't rate transaction because of "error adding rating". Simply you cannot do anything, your payment is released, you can't rate transaction and automatically it will be positive after 2 days. Risky business is this G2G.

A platform filled with scammers and dishonest vendors. I’m currently waiting on two refunds — one paid via USDT (TRC-20) and another via Mastercard — and both are taking longer than expected.
The crypto refund was marked as “processed” but no TXID or on-chain proof has been provided. The Mastercard refund is also still pending.
Whenever I contact support, I mostly get automated or AI-generated responses rather than clear updates from a human agent.
Overall, the main issue is the lack of transparency and slow, unclear refund tracking on both payment methods.
NO ONE SHOULD USE THESE PEOPLE. Legit but POOR customer support being ran by an ai bot

4 years on this platform. Platinum buyer, 37 orders, 100% rating. Not one problem until this.
Bought a Call of Duty accounts for $793. Seller canceled it April 30. G2G confirmed the refund was coming. Waited over 30 days — nothing arrived.
I escalated to the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) to help get my refund processed. The case was resolved and the money eventually came through.I blamed my bank about the missing refund. and escalated it to the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). I never intended to dispute anything — I just wanted my money back from a canceled order.
G2G responded by permanently blocking my card and PayPal on my account. I showed them proof from SAMA that the case was closed. Didn't matter. Decision final, no exceptions. My account is still active but I can no longer pay with my card or PayPal.
I did nothing wrong. The order was canceled, the refund was late, I got help from a regulator. That's it. 4 years of loyalty and now I can't buy anything here.
If your refund takes too long and you escalate anywhere, expect to lose your payment methods permanently. No appeals, no exceptions.
Update: G2G replied to my review asking me to contact support so they can "make it right." I already did — twice. Tickets #5426867 and #5483649. Their response both times was "decision is final and binding, no exceptions."
They know exactly who I am and what happened. Everything is already on file. This public reply is just for show.

Very unfair and exhausting experience with G2G.
I sold a Mobile Legends account through G2G. The buyer received the account, accessed it, and used it. Later, the buyer opened a complaint and accused me of recovering the account, even though G2G themselves acknowledged that the buyer did not provide direct proof of seller recovery.
During the case, I was repeatedly pressured to prove impossible things, such as private Google logs, Moonton logs, IP records, and buyer activity data for an account that had already been delivered and was no longer under my control.
I cooperated the entire time. I contacted the buyer, tried to help, submitted official Mobile Legends recovery requests, followed the in-game recovery process multiple times, and waited for official support responses. Instead of fairly resolving the dispute, G2G kept pushing responsibility onto me.
The most important part is this: I only agreed to the refund after the buyer showed me that he had logged out / removed access, and based on that I believed he no longer had access to the account. I accepted the refund on that basis.
However, after the refund was processed, the buyer accessed the account again.
That means I agreed to the refund under the understanding that the buyer no longer had access, but in the end the result was:
* the buyer got the money back
* the buyer accessed the account again afterward
* and I lost both the account and the payment
I believe G2G contributed to this unfair result because they kept pressuring me throughout the case, kept shifting the burden onto me, and did not ensure that the buyer had truly lost access before refunding him.
This is not a fair dispute process, and based on this experience I cannot recommend G2G to seller

I had two separate purchasing experiences on G2G. My first order had a delivery issue — the seller failed to deliver within the promised time. However, G2G’s GamerProtect system handled everything flawlessly: my refund of $67.20 was processed back to my Mastercard within hours of filing the report. The second purchase was outstanding — a Honor of Kings Global account delivered by BestSpeed in under 10 minutes, exactly as described. What truly sets G2G apart is the buyer protection system: your payment is held securely until you confirm delivery, and the dispute resolution process is transparent and fast. Highly recommended for serious gamers.

I bought a Spotify account on G2G, and everything seemed fine at first. However, after a short while, Spotify closed the account, stating that the seller used a "fraudulent payment" method.
I contacted G2G support hoping they would help me, but they informed me that since the order was already marked as "completed" in their system, they couldn't issue a refund. It's very disappointing that there is no protection for buyers when a seller provides an account that gets banned shortly after. Please be careful and keep this in mind before buying.
