Scam product stopped working after 5mn no way to make a complaint

The worst customer service in the world. Don't buy from this site. They just make excuses to avoid refunding you when they scam you. Their terms and conditions only serve to give you a false sense of security; even if you send them proof that the account wasn't fully delivered, you get a response from an AI, and on top of that, they charge a "secure purchase" fee that does absolutely nothing.

Good quality products, most of them are legit, out of 20 that I bought one was a scam.

Do not trust G2G or their 'G2G Protect' system. It is nothing more than a marketing gimmick designed to make you feel safe while they facilitate scams.
I purchased an account, and shortly after, the seller reclaimed it using their original creation data. When I reported the theft to G2G, providing irrefutable evidence—including proof that the account is currently being used by the seller via Riot Mobile and evidence that my recovery attempts were blocked by Riot Games—they did absolutely nothing.
Instead of protecting me, they forced me into an endless loop of impossible requests, demanding I contact Riot Games repeatedly, knowing full well that Riot will not help a secondary buyer without original creation data. G2G is fully aware that the seller has the control and the tools to recover accounts at will, yet they choose to protect the seller’s reputation instead of the customer’s money.
They promised protection, but when a real issue occurred, they abandoned me. This platform enables scammers to profit, reclaim accounts, and resell them, while G2G takes their commission and looks the other way. Save your money and stay away from this site. If you buy here, you are only funding professional thieves and a platform that refuses to hold them accountable.

If you want to get f*cked, then this is the right place. I don't care it's low money, but these G2G people are scammers. Once in a while (I have over 500 orders) they scam you. You order and they fake an AI vid that you ordered and the seller always wins the escalation. If it's 5 dollars or 100 dollars, doesn't matter, they do it in RNG. Don't trust these scammers, just buy from other sites or directly from WoW. Don't pay a cent to these scammers. They will scam you! I've stopped ordering since they scammed me for 10 bucks after 500 orders, it's ridiculous and childish.

I purchased a product, but the reseller later claimed that it was not the type of product that was listed. I reported the issue and selected a refund to my bank account. It has been 20 days since the ticket was created. The support team keeps saying the issue is "solved," but no refund has been processed.

This looks like a scam in the refund process. I have a lot of evidence, including screenshots, transaction records, and communication history, to support my claim.

⚠️ WARNING – MY EXPERIENCE WITH G2G.COM ⚠️

After being a customer of G2G.com for several years without any major issues, I am now dealing with a dispute that has completely destroyed my trust in the platform.

I paid for a product but only received part of what I purchased. Despite providing screenshots, evidence, and spending more than 20 days communicating with both the seller and G2G support, I have still not received a fair resolution.

What concerns me the most is that G2G appears to rely almost entirely on the seller's claims and evidence, while repeatedly disregarding the evidence provided by the buyer. Throughout this process, I have been transferred between numerous support agents, forcing me to explain the same issue over and over again without any meaningful progress.

The seller's evidence only shows that something was sent. It does not prove that the full order was successfully received. Nevertheless, G2G has continued to treat the case as resolved despite my documentation showing that a significant portion of the order was never received.

Based on my experience, G2G does not provide adequate protection for buyers when delivery disputes occur. If something goes wrong, you may find yourself with very limited support and no practical solution.

I strongly encourage anyone considering using G2G.com to be extremely cautious. Save all screenshots, transaction records, and communications from the very beginning. If a dispute arises, do not assume that the platform will thoroughly investigate both sides before making a decision.

This is my personal experience, and I hope other buyers do not have to go through the same frustrating process.

I had a terrible experience with G2G. I purchased a 12-month SVIP subscription (Order #1778307071680NIDT-1), and it turned out to be a complete scam. The account provided by the seller "D......_As" stopped working after only two days.

Despite the seller resetting the password twice, it clearly wasn't a valid yearly subscription. Now, the seller has stopped responding entirely. When I contacted G2G support, they told me they couldn't process my refund because the seller "doesn't have sufficient balance" and then proceeded to close my ticket without resolving the issue!

It is unacceptable that G2G allows these scammers to operate on their platform and then uses the excuse of "insufficient balance" to refuse to refund victims. You are essentially enabling fraud. Stay away from this site if you value your money. They do not protect the buyer; they protect the scammers. I am now forced to take this up with my bank for a chargeback.

Update: G2G is publicly replying here to pretend they are helping, but privately, via their support email, they have officially refused my refund, stating that the scammer has already withdrawn their balance and closed my ticket. They are fully aware of the fraud and are choosing to protect the scammer's interests over mine. Do not be fooled by their public PR responses—this platform knowingly enables scammers

I used G2G because I believed its Buyer Protection would protect buyers from sellers who scam customers. Otherwise, I could have bought directly from the seller for a lower price.

I purchased a 1-month SuperGrok subscription, but it stopped working after only 2 days. I reported the issue immediately and provided screenshots, videos, chat logs, and every piece of evidence G2G requested. The seller stopped responding completely.

What makes this even more disappointing is that I reported the problem before the seller's payment had been fully released. G2G still had the opportunity to protect me as the buyer, yet my refund was denied without explaining how the seller fulfilled their obligation.

In my experience, the platform failed to protect the buyer and instead left me to absorb the loss. After sending the final email rejecting my refund, G2G also stopped responding to my emails.

If a buyer pays for one month, receives only two days of service, provides clear evidence, and still cannot get a refund, then Buyer Protection is meaningless from my perspective.

I have no option except to share my experience publicly. As a content creator with over 100 million monthly views across social media, I review the services I use honestly. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend G2G to anyone who expects reliable buyer protection.

Dont buy accounts on G2G they allow their sellers to sell stolen accounts. I bought a CS2 steam account and after one month the original owner took back the account an happend to contact one of my steam freinds i had added on the account, he joined our discord call and told us his account got stolen. NEVER buy anything from this site, the will scam you.

Scam company. Support is useless

Basically if a dealer scammed u, the website will scam both of you, the dealer won't get his money, and u will not get a refund (even if in site credit), I have a case open for like a week or two now to get a refund cz the item I bought didn't match the description, I contacted support through email they said they'll look on it and after that they stopped responding, such a waste of time and money, avoid

Totally Scam, the platform and the sellers on it are scammer, selling the accounts are all forbidden by platform, and no after-sales service at all, money wasting, don't buy anything here

Just for buying something, they forced you to provide your passport, a selfie, a photo of your card, and your phone number. My bank asks me for less.
It is cringe to use this platform to buy smth for nearly 5 dollars.

Next cool point is that they ask you to do it after charging money from your account and blocking payment until all this information is provided. After the refund, I still didn't get my money.

Ultimate scam company from Malaysia. You can't do anything with them except avoid.

It’s all a massive scam. The account works for five days, then it gets deactivated. The seller says they’ll replace it, and that’s it.
