My account got banned after buying items from their platform. It seems like the only use bots to farm and sell...

Edit: My account was banned on 04/02/2024. I've complained to the support, they said to me that they can not assist me in any way.
My buy from them was on: 03/24/2024
My original ticket was "solved" by them on: 04/11/2024
Telling me that they can't do anything without proof.

I've managed to get the proof after a few months. I've provided them with proof that links the accounts names, sums and timing of the purchases from them tho my account ban. My response from their support already was:

They have also refused to provide the contact information of the seller: pokerchii, the person responsible for my account being blocked. This leaves me with no other option but to consider legal action against them and after to the person in cause, which is a step I would prefer to avoid.

RUN FROM THIS SCAMY PLATFORM.

I have so far brought many accounts from this website and had no issues.
However, i recently bought an account from a seller by the name (LeChanel) he gave me 2 accounts of which he all pulled them back after i confirmed the order. Right now he is not replying to my texts. Don't buy from him guys he is a scammer. G2G i need a refund for this and i can show proof.

edit: the seller does not reply to my messages and he has been doing it regularly after the 14days period is over and after the he has received his payment.
G2G should ban this seller and impose a fine on him and offer compensation to the buyers if possible…….

Got hit with a ban 2 days after purchasing the order. This gold is most likely botted.

Seller was a scammer, and said things to help get passed anti-ban but in reality they just taking your money and keeping their GP. The website is fine but currency1 is a scammer do not use them. One bad can ruin a whole basket

took a while because of travel ban to other servers but it was reliable and courteous, wpuld buy again

i recently got scammed but my money was returned as soon as a submitted a ticked and showed proof of the scam and ontop of that the scammed received a ban

Later on i made another purchase and it was instantly delivered and the seller replied on time with no fuss created

Service without warranty.
He doesn't play legally.
Use of external software.

scamming sellers with a bunch of scamming owners and staff, this website is extrremely dangeroous and risky as the owners and staff are scammers and bad people and criminals themselvse.

these g2g owners are allowing scamming sellers to scam people and rob their money because G2G takes a cut of that stolen money, so G2G is allowing scammers on their website because they are making money off them

I literally emailed them with complete and concerete evidence and proof of a scammer that gave me a stolen account and they just said "sorry we cant do anything about that go away off" they literally just didnt give a damn, they knew there was a scammer scamming peopole, the scammer even had a really bad 80% negative rating and his profile was never ever banned, deleted, and to this today he is still on G2G scamming and making money by stealing peoples stuff.

The problem is G2G works with the scammers, they help them, they protect them, and customers come last. Obviously they make money off these scamming sellers so why wouldn't they keep doing it.

another thing they have is "2 weeks warranty" so after 2 weeks ur warranty expires and if the scammer steals ur account back and does something messed theres nothing you can do about it even if you give them solid good evidence thats show 100% its a scammer they won't give a damn, they will tell you to stop contactiing them for support

very true very true, even if they know there is a scammer seller on the website they won't do jack squat about him lmaoo, they wont delete his account, ban him from selling again, black him, they will keep that scamming seller on the website to scam other people because they are making money off these scammer sellers

you know for a fact the owners and staff at G2G 100%, scammers, criminals, bad people, scammers in the past, have criminal charges, all sorts of things.

massive lawsuit waiting to happe against these scamming owners unless they do something about it and actually start blacklisting and deleting scamming sellers instead of knowing there is a scammer and then just keeping that scammer account on G2G to continue scamming and selling

Bought from them for a while, then last purchase resulted in a ban. Contacted them with a screenshot of the ban - 0 reply.

The currency's seller was farm using illegal programs, i got banned my account cause that and nobody help me. i show the email from Night Crows support, and they saying the cause of ban.

So, I've been contacting them for 1 month. There's an issue where you cannot copy another sellers Ad. But a seller has copied my Ads. I've been contacting g2g to ban them or restrict him for his actions. But g2g has no clue of whose copying who. They only take actions when it affects them. But won't take actions on someone violating their rules which affects us. That guy copies my rules and take benefits from it. G2G should compensate me because they are even taking commission from the orders. But no, they keep telling me for 1 month that we are working on your issue. Although not a single warning has been made to him.

after a few days after purchase my account got banned for trading with this gentleman I do not recommend buying from this gentleman, I bought only 10 million and still got banned

- Why were my ads delisted for a wrong reason? I've reported a person that he copied my ads, and I got my ads delisted for spamming/duplicating. you can only list 1 same account per platform and cannot duplicate it. My offers aren't duplicated or I'm spamming. they are for different platforms.

- They are different platforms, one attached to PlayStation. other to Xbox and some accounts are sold to pc players with steam and battle.net.

- (with similar title/description/price, seller can only create 1 offer and provide more stock per server/platform) is written on your rules.

- These guys never checked my descriptions and just gave me a warning for (Ban) for following their own rules?

Your rules says that (with similar title/description/price, seller can only create 1 offer per platform) and my ads are for different platform, different levels, different guns, different Camoes read my description get your facts right. or change the rules!

- Even I made a ticket they de-escalated the issue as always, but I never got the reply.

This company scams both buyers and sellers. I have been a seller on here and was scammed $2000, they decided to ban my account without reason the day my funds were supposed to be released. As a buyer it is not safe as sellers have all the information of the accounts aswell as information like the OG email. It is very easy to recover a ‘hacked’ account anytime the seller wants to recover the account they can… trust me. I’m pretty sure the wholst site is fake the buyers are g2g they wait for people to post there accounts ‘buy’ them scam the money and the account and re sell the account using there high level seller status they built up. Then they can just recover the account again as I stated and continue re selling them…

Greetings, I made a purchase from this player and my account has been banned, they owe a little more professionalism to the sellers since we can lose all the time played due to a ban.

It is unfortunate to write this review. I have done several transactions with G2G over the years. I have always had a good experience. Usually when you choose a vendor, whether it's for price or speed of service you get what you ask/pay for. This time I chose a vendor who claimed most orders fulfilled in an hour because I was in a hurry. So 5 hours later I asked when I could expect my order. They couldn't or wouldn't answer. So I said that if I couldn't get my order immediately I would cancel and pick a different vender. Needless to say I never heard from them. I received an email almost 24 hours after placing my order saying the order was completed. After placing the order I did not have time to play for the following two days. When I returned to the game a couple of days later I learned I was banned for using real money to get in game items. Feels coincidental that the day I tell the vendor I'm going to cancel and go with somebody else they somehow noticed that I purchased gold which I had done several times before with no incident. I believe the vendor reported my toon because I made negative comments to him. I have since shared my experience with my guild and no one will shop G2G anymore. I received a temporary ban and loss of the gold. I'll be back in game soon and I will use other companies for my in-game needs in the future.
