Service is working well. I had an issue with the EPG at first, but the seller responded and provided a new EPG URL that fixed the problem. Good support and everything is working now.

G2G provided a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. Listings were clear, transactions processed quickly, and customer service stepped in promptly when I had a question — secure payment options and reliable dispute handling make this my go-to for game purchases.

Really great customer support that guarantees good service. It's always a gamble with some sellers and cheap goods, so this is extremely important. Established sellers are less of a gamble. All in all, the service works great, payment options are aplenty and the platform protects both sellers and buyers with swift and just customer support.

I am extremely frustrated with G2G's customer service and payment system.
I had a reserved balance of USD 108.99 in my seller account. After the 6-month reserve period ended on March 16, 2026, I contacted support. Initially, Rhee Zchal (Ticket ID: 5197161) confirmed that the reserve period started on 2025-09-16 and would end on 2026-03-16.
Then I received another email from Andrew AA (same ticket ID) stating: "Kindly be informed that we have released the reserved balance on your account. Please request new withdrawal on your account within 36hours."
THE PROBLEM: When I logged into my account, my balance is showing ZERO everywhere – including the "Available Balance" section. There is no money to withdraw!
The 36-hour window is running out, but the funds never appeared in my account. I have replied to their email but haven't received any solution yet.
This is unacceptable. They confirmed the release, gave me a deadline to withdraw, but the money is nowhere to be seen. It feels like they are playing games with sellers' hard-earned money.
Ticket ID: 5197161
I hope G2G looks into this urgently and actually puts the money in my account so I can withdraw it.

Took almost two weeks to get the currency, slow to respond, didn't have it in stock and always had to get it from their "supplier". When they did finally send some over it was partial amounts, had to basically harass them about the remaining 10% of currency.

Having heard all the stories about scams, poor service, etc.. I finally decided to take the plunge
Ordering:
This is where I found a glitch. I tried to pay with my credit card.. but got an error message saying the payment method wasn't allowed, so i unsuccessfully tried Paypal and Apple Pay. I was about to give up but AI advised me that cryptocurrency would work and it did
Delivery:
As promised by CandyCloud, delivery was instant..I just did't realize it was under "Purchased Accounts"
Product:
All I can say is wow! good quality, no buffering.. So thank you CandyCloud

They have an escrow system protecting the both seller and buyer
So many payment options from Debit and Credit all the way to PayPal, G pay, Apple pay.... crypto, bitcoin, eth ....etc.
Most sellers there are genuine and its even easier knowing the most genuine due to the badges and stats awarded to them in terms of sales
Payments are quick to update and nothing is delayed on G2G's side
And they have a very lovely easy-to-use User Interface.

I hope the G2G support team will review my case and resolve this issue soon. If the problem is resolved and my payment capability is restored, I will gladly update this review to 5 stars.

G2G is a great platform for buying and selling gaming accounts and items. The interface is easy to use and the transaction system is well organized.
In my case I had a problem with a seller who did not provide the account after the payment was made. The seller kept sending inconsistent information and could not actually deliver the account that was listed.
I contacted G2G support and explained the situation. Their team reviewed the case, checked the evidence and handled everything professionally. The support staff responded clearly and guided the process step by step.
In the end the seller could not fulfill the order, and G2G protected me as a buyer and processed the refund. I really appreciate that the platform has a proper dispute system and that buyers are protected if something goes wrong.
Overall a very positive experience with G2G support. It’s good to know that the platform stands on the buyer’s side when a seller fails to deliver.

SCAM WARNING - UPDATE 16/03: G2G acknowledged 'technical difficulties' in their public reply but they are GHOSTING my emails and KEEPING my 159.09€. This is pure THEFT. I have the TXID proof and I am now filing a formal complaint to the European Consumer Centre and reporting this as FRAUD to the authorities (Pharos/Cyber-malveillance). DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE. Ticket #5175956.
I am a student and G2G is refusing to refund 159.09€ after a technical crash on their website. I paid via Bitcoin, the transaction is CONFIRMED on the blockchain (TXID:
2dcf2555ba9a3b59c1fee53a388838269820d69
62023d149cb403dt4t4d04a2c).
The accounting department is now LYING, claiming I sent the money to the "wrong address", even though I used the EXACT address/QR code provided by their own payment page. If their website generates wrong addresses, it is THEIR responsibility, not the customer's.
I have provided all proofs (screenshots + TXID) but they are trying to steal my money by telling me to
"contact my bank", knowing perfectly well that Bitcoin has no bank. This is a scam behavior. I demand an immediate refund to my BTC address.

Very bad experience with G2G and seller GothGirlxx
I had a very bad experience buying through G2G, specifically with the seller GothGirlxx. Before the purchase, communication with GothGirlxx on G2G seemed normal, but once the payment was completed everything changed.
After the transaction on G2G, the seller GothGirlxx became very difficult to reach. Messages were ignored or answered very slowly. When you are spending money on G2G, you expect at least basic support from the seller, but that was not my experience with GothGirlxx.
I also tried to resolve the issue through G2G, but the process was extremely frustrating. The support system on G2G did not help me get a clear solution. If you expect G2G to easily help you get a refund when something goes wrong, think twice. In my case, getting a refund through G2G was basically impossible.
The biggest problem is that on G2G the seller GothGirlxx was responsive before the purchase, but after the sale there was almost no support anymore. That is a very bad customer experience and it leaves buyers with no real protection.
Because of this experience, I strongly recommend that people be extremely careful when buying from G2G and especially when dealing with the seller GothGirlxx. Make sure you understand the risks before purchasing on G2G, because if something goes wrong, you may not get the help or refund you expect.
Overall my experience with G2G and the seller GothGirlxx was very negative, and I will not use G2G again after this situation.

I had an order (ID: 1770050806213WG5E – Ticket 5146715) partially paid with 2,800 G2G Points and the remaining amount via PIX (bank transfer).
The order was considered not as described (17 accounts banned before the promised 30 days), and the refund was approved.
However, G2G is refusing to process the refund to my original payment method unless I first restore 2,800 G2G Points in my account.
The issue is:
G2G Points cannot be purchased directly.
Points can only be earned by completing new orders.
I am advised not to use the refunded Store Credit.
Therefore, I would need to spend new money on the platform just to unlock my refund.
This effectively creates a barrier to receiving my own refunded money.
Conditioning a refund on making a new purchase is not reasonable.
I hope G2G escalates this to a compliance-level review and resolves this matter properly.

I would like to share an update regarding my ongoing payment dispute with G2G.
Due to a system-level payment allocation issue, I incurred a financial loss of 4.05 USDT. The misallocation was confirmed by their support team and was not caused by any manual error on my side.
Although a full refund (10) would have been justified, I have formally informed them that I am willing to accept an internal credit for the remaining amount as a goodwill compromise, simply to close this case which has been ongoing since 02/11/2025.
This concession is being made from my side, despite the fact that the issue originated from their checkout/payment flow.
I hope G2G will respond positively and finalize this matter in a fair and professional manner.

G2G publicly advertises “Seller Protection / GamerProtect for Sellers”, strongly implying that sellers are protected if they meet the listed conditions.
In practice, this protection appears to be largely illusory.
After a buyer opened a dispute, G2G:
froze the seller’s funds,
refused to apply Seller Protection,
and only afterward claimed that Seller Protection applies exclusively to chargebacks, not to buyer-initiated disputes.
This crucial limitation is:
not clearly stated in the Seller Protection rules,
not transparently disclosed prior to the transaction,
and only communicated once a dispute already exists.
As a result, sellers are led to believe they are protected, only to discover later that the protection does not apply in the most common real-world scenario: a buyer dispute.
This creates a misleading sense of security and allows the platform to retain full discretion while avoiding responsibility under its own advertised protections.
Based on this experience, sellers should not assume that “Seller Protection” provides any meaningful safeguard or guarantees payout when a dispute arises.
Referring to g2g response:
You terminated "contract" against my aproval in which you are not even party as stated in article 4.1 of your terms of service and confirmed by your agent in ticked "5092461". You took your provision on invoice you gave "G-1769168666000YAH1", but refused to release payment. In EU that is called "disguised intermediary liability". And as such, you are responsible for your actions, and you have been reported to the competent institutions (CASE, ASAS, ECC Net & CERT-HR) for the violations you have committed. And the list is long!
If you think that your violation of the law (even your own terms of service) will go unpunished because of the "financial unprofitability" of conducting the procedure, you are badly mistaken!
This nonsense started on 1/4/2026. today is 2/23/2026. I haven't given up yet and I won't!

I purchased a Google account from the seller Veo3ByFahad (Order 1771082908537GX6P). Almost immediately, the account was permanently disabled by Google for policy violations and fraud.
This seller is running a systemic scam operation. He uses cheap domains to generate illegal Workspace accounts that are guaranteed to be banned within days. If you check his recent feedback, dozens of buyers are reporting the exact same scam! When you confront him, he ignores messages or lies about a "global Google update" to stall until the buyer protection expires.
I opened a dispute (Ticket #5143602) and provided screenshots of the Google ban and the seller's negative reviews. However, G2G support is moving incredibly slow, effectively allowing the scammer to keep stealing money.
I demand an immediate FULL REFUND to my original payment method. If this is not resolved, I will initiate a chargeback with my bank for fraud. Buyers, BEWARE!

I made a Bitcoin payment of 250€, which is fully confirmed on the blockchain
However, there seems to be a mismatch between the payment provider and G2G, as the address provided during checkout is not being recognized. I have provided a screenshot showing that I sent the funds to the exact address displayed on the G2G checkout page.
I have been waiting for a response to my emails for over a week now. I am simply looking for a professional resolution to this technical issue, either through order delivery or a refund. I hope the support team can look into this matter soon.
**UPDATE** :
Hi,
Thank you for your response.
As requested, here are my details:
- Order ID: #[1770154180567BF6F]
- Ticket ID: 5101696
- Bitcoin Transaction ID (TxID): 8428820ab928bc8560d0fee15f7b730453ee006e932a96f0d8ca1f25abba5494
To summarize briefly: I completed the Bitcoin payment by following exactly the instructions displayed on the G2G payment page. The transaction was successfully confirmed on the blockchain and the funds were debited from my wallet. However, I never received the gift cards.
I have already contacted support multiple times over the past two weeks and provided all necessary proofs. As a customer, I simply followed the payment process shown on your platform.
At this stage, I am respectfully requesting a professional resolution and a refund for this order.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Best regard
