The pants were slim fit
The pants were slim fit. Was not the same as I had.
The guys from UPS, sent me a text message early in the morning, time 0650, if I could pickup the package another place. Said no, when he arrived at my home he asked if I could come out to a parking place nearby and meet him. Said no to that as well and then I got to my door.

The order process is unclear
The order process is unclear, I was not sure about the Retour and refund. The delivery is not super fast, jeans were packed like from such cheap shop. No pleasure from the purchase. The jeans itself is fine

Fully disappointed
It has been an unbelievable experience; I have ordered from Corfu Greece a pair of Firenze Cross Pants. I received it via UPS and had to return it because of the wrong size. Here starts the ordeal; as Ia ma trying to send it back three weeks now but with luck till now. GABBA has apparently no agreement with UPS for returning the items SOMETHING NO ONE informed me about AND NOWHERE is referred to in the site.
Now I am forced to pay approx 40 Euro for returning it to GABBA.
Upon paying I will demand the cost from GABBA. The last time I am going to order from GABBA online! Outrageous

I am not sure if you want to return the item because it does not fit, or because you received the wrong size.
If you have received a different size than what you ordered, this is of course not okay, and we will cover the cost of the return, as this would be our fault! If this is the case, I am truly sorry for your troubles.
