From the moment first spoke to Shirley on the phone I knew I was with a company who knew their products and cared about their customers. I was given really helpful advice but never pressured into decisions. All appointments were confirmed and upheld. The delivery and erection of the greenhouse went without a hitch. My greenhouse is custom built and exactly as I wanted it and I couldn't be more delighted with it. Thank you, Gabriel Ash!

I have just bought my third Gabriel Ash greenhouse. It's a Rosemoor combi shed/greenhouse and I already have two Wisley greenhouses. They are well built, lovely to look at, and a pleasure to work in.

Gabriel Ash is a very professional and helpful company to deal with. There are some very nice aspects of their service - for example I broke a brass fitting a few years after I bought the Wisley greenhouse and it was replaced free of charge.

You will enjoy the product and the service long after you have forgotten the price.

My late father's old greenhouse was falling to pieces and I came across Gabriel Ash by accident whilst browsing the Internet for a replacement.

I am very pleased with my classic greenhouse with Western Red Cedar frames, which Gabriel Ash were able to elongate to 24 ft. Love the smell of the wood and the strawberries in it have had their best season ever on the shelving ; the fig tree is also looking very healthy. My landscape gardener has installed a path and a patio area so now it can be used to have drinks in as well. Visitors have also commented on its quality.

A couple of days ago I had the Gabriel Ash Grand Glasshouse, again with Western Red Cedar frames, installed near my orchard. It was expertly assembled by the Hearn family in around five and a half hours. My landscape gardener had prepared concrete flooring and it can be used as both a greenhouse and a summer house. It will afford an excellent view over the surrounding hills when trees have been cut down.

Gabriel Ash products don’t come cheap but if it is quality you want then I would thoroughly recommend the company.

We ordered after meeting sales folk at an RHS show last year. Every step of the way we were satisfied with the level of service and most of all the quality of the work done.

We bought a 6 bay standard Grow and Store having explored a bespoke product but ultimately decided against it. The entire team from designers, salespersons, carriers and erectors were knowledgeable, professional, helpful, competent and likeable. The product was a good price. It was delivered promptly in Buckinghamshire at the agreed time by a carrier who was knowledgeable and had pride in his job. The team to erect it arrived on the dot bearing in mind they had come from Manchester in February. They erected it quickly, professionally and correctly with no fuss. It is a quality product. The smell of the wood (a bit like bananas) is fantastic and intoxicating. The wax operated vent is engineering genius. My wife (whose domain it is) is thrilled to bits. There is enough space for her to grow what she wants when she wants, extending the growing season. If there s a down side, it is that the green house part could be a bit wider. Would recommend it (and indeed have already).

I ordered my greenhouse in November/December 2013 following a visit to the Monument Farm site, although opted for a delivery/installation delay whilst my greenhouse base was constructed. Prior to delivery I amended to greenhouse specification. The ordering process was very efficient with the prompt dispatch of documents, payment confirmations, etc.
The greenhouse was delivered and installed on 7th March 2014. The delivery and installation were excellent and were completed within the day. Since installation I have made full use of my new greenhouse and to date I have been very pleased with the quality of the design, materials and construction. Gabriel Ash greenhouses are high quality and a great addition to my garden.
One negative point I would like to raise is that since the 7th March, when I paid the balance of invoice, nobody from Gabriel Ash has contacted me to ask whether I am happy with the greenhouse. I spent over £4,000 and for such a purchase I would have expected a call to establish haw satisfied I was and whether I had any questions. I find the use of an automated 'Trustpilot' survey impersonal and I would have preferred a call from Gabriel Ash following delivery and installation of the greenhouse.
I would be happy to discuss my comments with a representative of Gabriel Ash.

Excellent product, and professional and friendly staff, made this a great company to deal with. Everything went absolutely according to plan, and I would recommend Gabriel Ash without hesitation to anybody thinking of buying a product from them.

Waited until we were ready for the greenhouse to be installed. Came when they said they would. Installation was efficient and well done. Greenhouse is performing well and is a joy to have.

I love my new greenhouse, smells wonderful and i know that it has been designed by proper gardeners and the RHS as it is just the right size, height etc. The roof mechanisms are genius and the staging a must - do not buy with out this!

Their communications were great - they kept me informed all the way through to delivery and beyond.

The finished item looks the part and looks as good as, if not better, than the brochure

Would I recommend them? - Absolutely!

The finished product has been admired by everyone who has seen it. So well constructed and designed. Looking forward to the Spring and using it to bring on plants and seedlings.

Water is seeping into it quite a lot but does dry up fairly quickly.

We bought it too late in the season to really benefit from it's potential this year. But it looks great at the bottom of the garden and can't wait to make full use of it early next year.
The instructions were easy to follow and all went according to plan.If only all flat packs were this well designed!

Gabriel Ash make the finest greenhouses. Over the years I have purchased 4 different ones from them. They have all been beautiful - incredibly well made and stand the test of time.

I ordered the grow and store shed and greenhouse combination and they were able to
customise to my exact requirements. Slight delay in getting the erection arranged but on the day everything went very smoothly despite my slightly out of level concrete base. Not cheap but a definite feeling of quality.

The craftsmanship of our greenhouse is very impressive. It looks and feels solid. Our builders were effusive in their admiration of the quality and ease of assembly.the door runs smoothly and the roof vent is efficient. The water butt is non-obtrusive and a very useful addition.the measurements were spot on.
We had a slight hiccup with the delivery as the van broke down , but this did not detract from the satisfaction. The problem was dealt with smoothly,though I was lucky our builders were able to rearrange the dates within their schedule.
Very happy with the purchase and would recommend highly.
Enjoyed visiting the factory and being looked after by helpful, knowledgeable staff.this should be encouraged and used in your selling /marketing plans.
