Great company that you've never heard of!

Ordered a G-Shock Aviator watch around Christmas 2013 as it was the best price I could find, was a bit worried about buying it from Gadget Grotto as I had never heard of them but I am very glad I did. Perfect watch, perfect delivery and perfect price. Would highly recommend and would use again.

AVOID!!!!!!! WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME! NO CONTACT NO REFUND

I bought Ipad mini smart case for £10 which stopped to work properly after 3 weeks (Did not hold ipad in position)! I wrote to gadget grotto describing situation long time ago. No answer no refund. Absolutely waste of money and time. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Jedi-tastic

I ordered my other half a Jedi night robe as a last minute Xmas present. It was delivered in 2 days! Fantastic Service. Will be ordering from you guys again

Great product delivered on time

Ordered a onesie and paid extra for next day delivery as it was so close to Christmas. It was trackable and arrived on time. Didn't need to contact customer service so can't comment on that.

Well sorted for good customer service.

When I called because I had not received the email confirming my order, the lady I spoke to quickly located my order and confirmed it had already been despatched.

It was received quickly, well packaged and in good condition. I would use again.

Horrible customer service

As bad as buying of a random seller on ebay. Inconsistent pricing and very rude customer service who will surely make for an awkward and annoying conversation if at all you get to speak to them!!

Terrible service

I ordered a toaster and it arrived cracked. I rang and left two messages. Neither of my messages were answered so I sent two emails neither of which have been answered do I have now sent the item for for an exchange and am editing to see the response I get. Will not buy from this site again and not because the item was damaged but because the communication was NIL

great ...eventually!

well the item i wanted was to come next day but didnt, i sent email but no reply, so found phone number and rang, the guy was really really helpful, he found their computer system had missed a line off the address (it was correct but hadnt printed it??) he arranged redelivery next day. It arrived and i was very disapointed with the packing! flimsy, cheap thin cardboard, crushed, very little padding, it was a miracle the contents survived!, so poor it was i emailed gadget grotto to tell them!
so in conclusion, the item was cheap and would have come next day bar a few tech probs, and they did try hard to rectify them. i will try them again

extremely didsappointed

i ordered my product over a week ago. was notified it had been shipped the next day and have been trying ever since to contact somebody to find out where the part is. Cannot get through on the phone and all you get when you email is a automatic response saying someone will get back to you in 24 hours. Will 98hours have gone by and still nothing.. As we are now here on the 21st December and I ordered on the 12th December morning I have little faith that that particular christmas gift will turn up, so i'll have to venture into the christmas crowds tomorrow. Thanks Gadget Grotto for your non existant customer service.
