I was told by Verizon that it was Warranty for life. I guess I could’ve read the fine print too, but you don’t expect to have to reapply it every year at $24.95 plus shipping to keep it up. I would no... See more

Stuck in transit
Ordered two items and they were shipped separately. One arrived on time but other was stuck in transit for several days. I emailed customer service. Got an email back quickly telling me what they would do. It was a weekend and on Monday received another email from customer service telling me that the package would arrive that day and it did! Happy Customet!
The item was not the one I requested
The item was not the one I requested. I requested a iPad Pro screen guard and was sent a very cracked, badly damaged iPhone 12 screen instead. Will never, ever use this company again!

We got the liquid screen protectors…
We got the liquid screen protectors done at our Verizon store when buying new iphones. The store associate did his best with applying but when I contacted Gadget Guard because I was not sure if it was fully protected due to his error of application, they quickly responded with how they would send brand new ones so we could do the process ourselves the correct way. My screen literally has no fingerprints and even though I have not dropped my phone that much, my screen just looks great without a piece of glass on top!
Very satisfied
Fast service and delivery
Came in timely matter
Came in timely matter, but having free for life isn't free!!
Very steep to charge me $7.99 for shipping. They are so thin, it could be shipped for under $3.00 if I were mailing it.

I received my protective cover in a smaller envelope than normal...waiting to have it put on to be sure it is in tact!
Once again completely satisfied
Once again I needed to order a replacement screen protector for my Apple Watch. I paid for expedited shipping and it arrived promptly. I'm completely satisfied, once again. Thanks Gadget Guard.
Poor quality
For what I paid, I am extremely unhappy. I didn’t even get this cover ON my phone yet and it was dropped ONCE by my child IN the case and shattered. So ridiculous. I don’t think it’s fair that I still had to pay $8 more for shipping for a crappy replacement product.

Good experience
Great case
My case arrived quickly and was exactly as described. Love the extra peace of mind from the Alara technology.
Great thanks
Perfect customer service!
I couldn't be more pleased with your product or customer service, and I'm so thankful that I purchased your product! You saved me from an expensive screen replacement - thanks so much!
Took a little longer to arrive

Always an easy and fast process to replace screen saver
The rep was polite courteous and responsive.
The representative was fine, your company makes it impossible to just deal with a replacement. Too many hoops to go through. I spent more time on this than some jobs I do. Do this do that. There WAS NO PIN ON MY PACKAGEING. HOWEVER THERE WAS A DATED SALES SLIP SHOWING THE PURCHASE. YOU ASK FOR ALL KINDS OF PHOTOS AND WHEN I TOOK THEM THEY WOULD NOT GO THROUGH. CAN'T EVEN SET UP THE ACCOUNT WITHOUT THE PIN. IT IS NOT A FREE REPLACEMENT AT $7.99 postage. The list is too long to write. I will never again use your brand and will inform the US Cellular office we use they are not worth the money. It cracked on my boyfriends phone in the first week, they do fit on properly with and Otter Box case and I could go on an on but not happy at all.

Beware! Don't work with Gadget Guard
This company is not one I will ever trust again. I was talked into putting this on my phone when I get a new phone with Verizon, assuring me that the screen would be paid for if it broke. Well, it broke, but the company refused to honor their commitment (it was within the 1-year warranty window).
Later I found out that I could have paid $40 (half the price) and gotten a lifetime warranty on a physical screen protector. Stay away from this crap. . .
EDIT: The company responded below, and they are incorrect. I originally attempted to do this BEFORE THE ONE-YEAR PERIOD had passed (I have dated emails to prove it), but they found a way to weasel out of their obligation, even though I had registered the product. Verizon had told me specifically that I didn't need to keep a receipt, but Gadget Guard demanded one, even though I registered the product exactly as instructed immediately after purchase. When I finally found the receipt, they then insisted it was too late. The reply you'll see below is the kind of smooth-talking-but-doing-nothing crap you'll get from them if you work with them.
I've worked with plenty of companies, like we all have, and rarely have complaints about them (not that this is my one review on this site at the time of this writing). This company is a glaring exception.
I'll ask you this: Why buy an $80 screen protector that only has one-year of warranty that may not be honored, when you can buy one that's half the price and will last for the lifetime of the phone?
Since they're taking the time to manage their reputation, but only by manipulation, I'll add another thing: Why do you suppose this company no longer lists a phone number for people to contact them? Perhaps because they are in the business of doing BAD business and don't want people to be able to call them out.
Shame on me for assuming that a company wouldn't find a way to weasel out of its stated obligation and reason for existing based on BS technicalities.
Note also the Freudian slip in their reply (which they might change by the time you read this): "Very sorry for the frustration you caused." Note how they took the time to cover their butts but not to rectify the actual issue.
DO. NOT. WORK. WITH. THIS. COMPANY.
