I ordered picture hooks on November 27 and had an email on December 2 saying they had been despatched.
When they hadn't arrived by December 14 I emailed to ask for tracking information and a delivery estimate. There was no response from gaekko.
I received an email from gaekko asking for a review on December 16 (!). I emailed again saying that I would leave a review but it would not be favourable unless I received a response by the end of December 18. I still haven't heard anything from them so this is the review I can leave for their lack of delivery and lack of response/customer service.

Unfortunately the magnets were decomposed, some of the stickers were no longer on the paper. No explications and with the QR code you get onto a video that does not show anything, just a girl with a poster, no close up on how you should use it. Still not sure how we need to install them. Overall a disappointing experience. Everything is in German, no english explanations.

Very good service, thank you. Photo hangers are a bit clumsy on my small photos and the result is cluttered on the wall. I really wanted something that would hold my small pictures in one light frame.
So the product is not so good for me, but I can find nothing better and I am grateful for it.
