Why still use Evri for paid delivery?
After order it was quick to be sent to the carrier however nearly 6 days after placing the order I am still yet to receive a delivery window. Normally this wouldn't bother me however I had to pay for delivery on an order that was nearly £200 and yet I have had better delivery from amazon who I get free delivery with after spending £30. This is an outdated system and I feel that the delivery I have paid for was a waste of money.
Case damaged
Case damaged. Packaged in literal plastic bag with no padding at all. Very poor. A far cry from what it used to be.
My collector's edition hasn't arrived
My collector's edition hasn't arrived. And its 4 days since the release. Absolutely shocking...
Poor Quality
Purchased 4 Xbox Games from the website sale. Regardless of being on sale I expected all to be brand new and sealed as nowhere on the site does it say bashed up, unsealed, any old rubbish. Game used to be a quality shop. Gone to the dogs. Full refund requested and will never purchase from them ever again.
Ordered Funko pops
Ordered Funko pops, even though wrapped in bubble wrap were sent in a plastic bag instead of a box. Now the Funko boxes came in damaged. Online agents won't do anything for the items. Even if the company accepts returns which were damaged due to their fault, the customer still have to pay return shipping. Had to go thru payment vendor for help.

After preordering a game for nearly £50 with postage that was released on 9th July I heard nothing from them and nothing on the tracking.
DPD hadn’t even had the parcel as I have been tracking it. I cancelled the order just before midnight yesterday and then received a email at 01.23. Hrs this morning saying that it has been shipped. There were no details on DPD at 01.30 this morning or at 10am this morning. Why would you decide to say that you shipped it after cancelling. I preordered this game in good faith and they failed and decided to gaslight me saying I will get a refund 14 days after delivery. I just want my money to actually download a game that came out on the 9th July. Don’t bother to preorder anything from GAME!
I have such a great experience
I have such a great experience. I placed an order, but I made a mistake, accidentally ordered a different figure, but the gentleman was so helpful and cancelled my order and finally I placed the right order and I’ve got my figure very fast. The only issue I had is one of the box got damaged that’s why I give 4 stars. Highly recommend. Good prices, great customer service and fast shipping. Thank you again.

I ordered the Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced PS5 Collector’s Edition from GAME on 26 April 2026 for £179.98.
I only discovered my order had been cancelled because I logged into my GAME account to check for dispatch information, as I couldn’t find any sending or tracking link. The order now shows as cancelled, with the reason listed as “temporarily out of stock”.
This is extremely disappointing. This was a collector’s edition item, so stock is obviously limited. I placed the order in good faith and assumed GAME would honour it. Because of that, I did not buy it from other retailers when I had the chance. Now I may have completely missed out because the cancellation was not made clear to me.
What makes it worse is that the reason says “temporarily out of stock”, but the order has still been cancelled rather than held, reinstated, or properly explained.
I would like GAME to get in touch with me directly and explain:
* when the order was cancelled
* why I was not clearly notified
* whether the order can be reinstated
* whether GAME can still honour the collector’s edition if more stock becomes available
* what has happened with the payment

Every time I tried to buy a game from and paid through PayPal, I was unable too, the payment would be taken out of my account and then a few hours later or a day the my purchase would be cancelled and refunded, but my recent purchase I made did the same until I paid direct through my account, overall it's a good app.
So I ordered stuff from Sports Direct
So I ordered stuff from Sports Direct, which was all fine, no problem with their stuff. I thought as I am paying £5 Delivery, I might have a quick look at game, I know how stupid of me. I had 2 Switch Plushes arrive both ripped boxes and damaged, no protection, just chucked in the grey bag they all the other stuff was put in. Got a Switch game that was suppose to be sealed but guess what? it was not brand new, it was used and had their game sticker on the case, if removed you can't return. So 3 items from game and all 3 are going back. No wonder Game are struggling, nothing to do with Physical games, as other Game companies are doing just fine. This company needs to be avoided at all costs.

Never brought a brand new game that arrived in no seal at all which was my first red flag, this Yu Gi oh games comes with a specific promo card which also should be in Individual wrapping in the box. My box arrived damaged, unsealed defo tampered with as my promo card was lose and also been damaged. Paid 59 for a game that has been opened damaged and card inside damaged, message support they don’t really care not there issue ‘it’s the warehouse’. This is not good enough should have been a brand new game no issue if I wanted second hand I’d of gone CEX. It’s the promo over the game I’m after no more in stock apparently so great experience. I would never recommend again

Terrible! Evri 'lost' the first parcel, the replacement was delayed but no-one could tell me why, or when it would be delivered. After a few days of backwards and forwards with customer services I asked for a refund. At least that didn't get messed up. Would I recommend Game? I would not

UPDATE: So I did contact them about this, and was pretty quickly helped out by sending out another couple of the games I ordered. They were said to be brand new and sealed, it was confirmed they will be in an email. One of them however, was actually not. Maybe there's a reason for it, but they were helpful in trying to correct the issue and pretty swiftly. Shame it wasn't 100% corrected the second time round even though it was confirmed. I'll up the rating to 3 stars, but the original rating was 1 star. I can't give more than 3 stars since the second time also failed in correcting the issue. I'm not chasing this up either, but 3 is better than 1.

Shockingly bad. No wonder no one really uses them anymore and they went through what they did.
Ordered 3 games, all New according to everything I could find. New should imply sealed. Wrong. 2 games came, very clearly must've been the last ones on the shelf as they are both open box, sale stickers right on the cases. Cases have damaged to them.
I can buy a brand new version of one of them right now at the same price and get free delivery. I paid for delivery (no issues if everything was correctly advertised).
Sad to see. Won't be using Game ever again. The website said New, the email I received after purchase all said New. I expect New items, not off the shelf lasties with damage to the cases and covers. One of them, there is still some left, which means there must be more actual New versions.
Also, returns cost us the buyer, 4.99. 4.99 to rectify a problem they have falsely advertised to us!
So in all, it will cost me considerably more than if I went elsewhere to buy them, all because they falsely advertised what was being sold.
