Wouldn't help fix my game account on…

Wouldn't help fix my game account on dreamlight valley and has given me the run around for 2 weeks after I gave them my gaming tag id and a screenshot of what the quest was and what happened. They are still refusing to fix it. The lack of customer service is incredible and they don't care about any complaints you may have. I will no longer be supporting this company.

They are not even responding to me

They are not even responding to me, I have been trying to reach them for several weeks but still not even a message. I have played asphalt 8 since the earliest days and because I left it for 2 years they deleted my game data and now they ignore me. By far the worst customer service I have experienced.
I really miss my account :'(

"I’ve already sent multiple tickets and emails over the last 2 weeks with no response. My Player ID is gold0029:cdc4d8. I am a Level 55 player stuck at a 1.25 GB stall on a paid account. I'll send the DM, but I need a human agent to actually manually sync my data today. I shouldn't be locked out of my progress for 14 days. All dragons below are mine three of which are level 30 I haven't received any assistance in almost 2 weeks I've been waiting for assistance for my account .

DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY. A dreadful company acting illegally in relation to its customers' digital assets. I used to play Asphalt 8 a lot and spent money on unlocking vehicles etc. This absolutely wretched bunch of criminals deleted my account without warning after I spent a while without playing, thereby deleting digital assets that I had paid physical money for. They refuse to return these assets and refuse to adequately compensate me. If I could give minus 5 stars, I would. They need to be held to account. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY.

Dark Patterns aimed at children and WORSE

Games are almost completely dark patterns, including the ones aimed at children such as the Disney games. Also significant replacement gambling, again in games aimed directly at children.

Asphalt Legends:
I started with Disney Speedstorm, which is VERY BAD, but Asphalt Legends is SIGNIFICANTLY worse, although at least not targeted at young children at least.
Not that this gets them away with the Dark patterns against adults. There is NO WAY that this even passes muster in EU and Canada, so unclear why they continue to get away with such activity. SO much misleading conduct, especially surrounding key cars, where they do everything they can to get you to spend money, but you can't even use the car, and it's not AT ALL CLEAR which cars require keys.

Other issues is the Clan wars disappeared, which was the ONLY reason to be in a clan, plus the ONLY reason to level up lower cars was to use in this event. I specifically spent significant money to upgrade the necessary cars... And then they ripped the entire portion of the game out. I started playing on Steam, but I saw I was falling behind people who joined the same time as me, and I found out that OTHER VERSIONS OF THE GAME HAVE ADS TO GET
THE RESOURCE THEY ARE DELIBERATELY STINGY WITH: Credits.
So I was playing with a handicap and not knowing it, while also spending money to try to compete with people who had an unfair advantage.

But it gets WORSE.
I started playing on AD-supported clients, and THEN, AFTER MONTHS OF BEING AT A DISADVANTAGE, Steam Players were allowed Bonuses.... YET since I played the ad-based client a few times, that locked me away from ever getting bonuses in the Steam client. This despite them NEVER GIVING ANY NOTICE OR WARNING.

So I got completely hosed on BOTH ends, and to make matters even worse, they claim this was "for fairness."

These folks can't even be counted on to process purchases immediately, as is industry standard, and even worse, THEY DON'T HAVE REAL TIME PURCHASE SUPPORT!!!!!!!!!!!! It can take DAYS to get them to find and fix issues.

I could literally go on and on, but I'll limit it to one more:
They KNEW they had a hole in their purchasing that allowed players to purchase using crashed currencies, taking advantage of exchange rates, yet it took them YEARS to fix, so you are constantly racing against people with a HUGE advantage.

Widespread bad faith, and some will say I'm crazy, but I swear they harass me in-game because I rightfully complain.

Hopefully people will wake up to this and all the other widespread corruption and we will finally get reform!

Disney Dreamlight Valley and the…

Disney Dreamlight Valley and the Eternity Isle dlc are full of bugs. I've been playing since early access and years later it's still a mess. I haven't begun playing Storybook Vale yet, but sadly I have already wasted money on it.

Gameloft's customer service is abysmal. They take ages to respond and when they do the lack of reading comprehension skills are blatant. They simply don't read, or understand the full issue report. I take the time to try and be clear and informative with my reports, but multiple times now I have received lacking solutions that don't fix all the issues. It isn't good enough!

I'm currently having another issue, this time with the Eternity Isle dlc. The quest I'm doing is glitched. I cannot craft the potions I need successfully or upgrade the timebending tool successfully, meaning I can't progress in the dlc and its' quests. This unsuccessfulness also means that the game is taking thousands of 'mist' currency (made by grinding, repetitive tasks) and items that are time consuming to gather to craft, but is giving me no potions or upgrades! I'm spending hours collecting these things for them to essentially disappear and give me NOTHING in return. So far 21,000 mist has been taken, and other items; and no timebending tool upgrade or potions have applied. 6 hours or so of WORK and nothing to show for it. Apparently my time and effort are not considered valuable, only the money I've paid for these shitty games. Give me my 21,000 mist back!!

Gameloft replied to me today (I first contacted them on 7/11/25. Today is 18th.) and said there's a replacement potion in my in-game mailbox, no mist or other items, though! Not even a mention of any of the other items or issues.

I started the game, collected the potion from the mailbox, tried to use the watering can that the potion should have automatically applied to- didn't work. Still can't remove large evil plants. Wtf?!

So I've replied, very thoroughly, again. With video and photo evidence. Will I actually receive a coherent response on all of the issues? We'll see.

(This review was initially left on 7/12/25. It is now 4/1/26 and I still have NO SOLUTION.)
Gameloft are doing everything in their power to not replace the currency that I am missing, and still have not provided a fix to E.I. They are a useless bunch of useless (you fill in the rest), honestly. Don't spend your money on their awful games.

They like to ban players for no reasons. They use AI to ban players. I stopped spending money and stopped playing their games. I wish I know more about Gameloft! if I known more about this company. I will not buy their games. Also, This company is doing censorship by reporting Youtube videos and other contents.

Don't play Gameloft games

Gameloft doesn't care about customers at all. They don't have any customer service. They allow employees and people who represent the company abuse and disrespect customers
They use cheats in games to make you spend. They allow players to use cheats and hacks to get ahead. They offer no methods to file complaints about staff and discord representatives, on their "official discord server " for asphalt legends unite.
Just don't waste your time playing any of their games because for them you are nothing but money. You're not a person or anything of significance to this company
It needs to be sued for the dirty tactics and ignoring customer

Absolute garbage human beings!
People like to complain about Microsoft and Apple for being greed driven and lacking in customer care, but at least those organisations actually do show signs of trying to keep their paying customers happy sometimes.
These creeps take a beloved brand such as Disney and exploit the loyalty and adoration fans of beloved franchises by carelessly using familiar and loved characters in an utterly broken and over-priced (should be free-to-play) game with uttely no consideration for the damage they are doing to the intellectual properties they are abusing.
Their ignorant and neglect towards their suffering paying customers is abusive and crule, to the point it should be deemed criminal.
I'd like to know how Gameloft are allowed to continue business by providing broken and non-fit-for-purpose products without offering and compensation, refunds or actual effort to resolve issue they are knowingly and admittedly aware of but seemingly ignore and dismiss with extremely un-assuring statements and dismissive non-advice.
Abysmal organisation that should reconsider their ability to provide the services they claim to be able to offer.

Terrible support

Absolute utter garbage.

Absolute utter garbage.
To costly, poor rewards, not bug checked, mutiplayer is a joke keeps letting the race finish before you've even started.
You can play this game for years and still get no where.
Definitely pay to win, gamblers paradise, hackers unchecked, especially in mp..
Don't waste your time or money.
I've been playing for 3 years.so I think I know.

To be honest, this has been truly disappointing. You've outdone yourselves this time — unfortunately, in a negative way. At the very least, open communication about the fact that some players apparently no longer have a place would have been fair. As it stands, it just feels like being shown the door through the back.

But don’t worry — we’re leaving voluntarily.

The game has always been questionable.

1. First, Gameloft forces players into a merger.

2. Smaller alliances no longer have a place in the realm, and those who don't pay have no chance.

3. On top of that, some players have been playing much longer than others, yet Gameloft groups them all onto the same server.

4. Additionally, Gameloft fails to protect its servers from attacks, allowing bot users to access them.
