My experience with Game of Bricks has been extremely frustrating and honestly feels like dealing with a scam.

My order was marked as delivered, but nothing was ever received. Instead of taking responsibility, they refused to properly investigate and kept pushing me to contact the postal service myself and provide documentation – something that is clearly the seller’s responsibility.

This goes against basic consumer protection laws. As a customer, I paid for a product that never arrived, yet they still tried to shift the burden onto me.

Their “solution” was to either make me do all the work or accept a discounted replacement – which is completely unacceptable when I never received the original order in the first place.

A legitimate company takes responsibility when something goes wrong. This company does not.

Very poor service, no accountability, and highly questionable business practices.

I strongly recommend avoiding Game of Bricks

Misleading Response – Seller Shifting Responsibility to Customer

Your response is incorrect.

As a customer, I am not responsible for filing a lost package claim with the carrier. The shipping contract is between you (the seller) and the carrier, not me. Therefore, it is your responsibility to investigate and handle any claim regarding a missing parcel.

Requiring me to obtain “official confirmation” before issuing a refund or resending the order is not how consumer protection works. I paid for a product that I never received — that alone is sufficient.

Also, you are not being transparent here. After further communication, you have already confirmed that you will accept a chargeback from my bank, which clearly shows that a refund is justified without any additional documentation from me.

Your public response does not reflect how this case is actually being handled and places responsibility on the customer where it does not belong.

I ordered a light and sound kit for the ucs millennium falcon, the kit was fantastic and the instructions were easy to follow. However there was a faulty part, but the customer service team were amazing and sent a replacement part very quickly and resolved the issue. Great product, great comes, excellent service. FYI the light and sound kit for the ucs millennium falcon is amazing!!!

I had a really positive experience with this company. Everything was exactly as described. Instructions were easy to follow. Worked beautifully and will def be keeping these guys on my follow list bc I love doing Lego and this brand has so far been the better of the ones l've tried!! The sticky stuff does have a habit of not fully adhering but a little extra glue did help solve that. Would recommend. The lights really bring a whole different game to your Lego!

Great product and great customer service.
I needed to get a replacement part. I contacted customer service and within hours I had a replacement part in the mail.
Being in Canada, I did have to wait a week. Product arrived, received a email from them following up on part.

The Game of Bricks team were extremely friendly and helpful! Many thanks :) They got back to me quickly and sent a replacement LED within a few days. I bought three more lighting sets for my Lego sets the very next day. I’m very happy with the service! Thanks again!

If I could give ZERO I would. I have Paris Architecture 21044. The lights came with no instructions, the YOUTUBE video had a different configuration than what I got from game of bricks, and the first light in the string doesn't work!! Now my set is in pieces and I have to rebuild, this is the worst waste of money. I also bought 2 jazz bisro light sets for my sons who haven't had time to try to install yet and I fear those are a waste too. NEVER waste your precious cash on this crap without proper instructions

My son, knowing that I'm a Tolkien fan, bought me the Lego set for Christmas. Once I'd built it, I thought I'd add lights and chose the Game of Bricks kit. Partway through the installation, I opened a parts bag to find that one of the components was damaged. I emailed the company and they supplied a replacement without any problems. I am very pleased with the final results, it really enhances the Lego kit. I won't pretend that it wasn't a fiddly job fitting tiny components, not made easier by the rather fragile nature of the completed Lego set, but perseverance paid off.

The communication with Game of Bricks was excellent. Fast replies by mail and kind help and reassuring words in case of some broken wires. Game of Bricks is unique with their service to send replacements with the assurance they offer for just €1,95. All contacts were very warm and understanding and the result on my 'Notre Dame' is just FABULOUS!

A friendly and accurate organisation. They do what they promise and the price for their products is low in comparison with others. Very pleased!

Can’t say enough about this company. They go out of their way to make sure your order is taken care of and correct and if there are any mistakes they waste no time to fix it. I plan on using this company for life.

Wow, what a kit for Death Star. Just finished fitting the lights and sound kit and it's amazing, really brings it to life. Great quality as always.

Game of bricks is the only place to go for your light kits. The way they light up the Lego sets really brings them to life. I have had many seys of lights as well as individual items too and I plan on buying more in the future. I highly recommend you won’t be disappointed. Customer service is second to non. Always a quick reply, pleasant and knowledgeable.

I purchased the lights for my titanic ship as I wanted that authenticity look after it was built, I decided to install the lights while building the ship and I came across a problem with the sticky side of the lights wasn’t sticking, I emailed support and they were straight on it, they responded very quickly by sending me a roll of sticky tape and I only have to wait a few days which was brilliant. The price for the led lights was very good with the discount and the delivery price was very competitive to say were it was coming from, I would highly recommend Game of Bricks.

Game of Bricks are the best!!! Have various light sets and just added sound to the X men mansion with their sound card. Can add MP3 sounds and it is awesome. Their customer service is spectacular. They also have a great warranty if something were to go wrong. Highly recommend these light kits. Thanks Game of Bricks staff for being awesome.

I already bought two kits, for the 1989 Batwing and for the DeLorean Time Machine. The quality, functionality and especially the design (where and how the lights are placed) are outstanding. Each cable is hidden carefully, and both cables and connectors feel very durable.
Each instruction comes as a video and PDF, and with some patience and a steady hand the build is easily doable.
The experience of finally lighting up your precious sets is priceless!
I highly recommend Game of Bricks, I have absolutely nothing to complain. My next kit will be the Ghostbusters Ecto-1 and I could not be more excited. :)

Although it's true, it does take a bit of time for the item to ship, in the end it was well worth it. It really does take whatever Lego set you have, to the next level, big time!!

I ordered several lights for different models, and the online instructions were clear and easy to follow. They really enhance the look of the models. I did have a small issue with one of the lights, but after contacting customer service and sending a few photos,a replacement was sent out quickly. Really great service overall

Fantastic customer experience, my light kit arrived very fast, upon installation my remote was faulty however I contacted game of bricks and they instantly issued my a new remote all arrived super fast i highly recommend game of bricks

I have two of these kits and both have added an extra level of coolness to our builds. I had a question for their customer support team and they were very prompt and courteous, I would highly recommend this product and this company!
