Non existent customer service.
Purchased a game, delivered fairly promptly.
The game didnt work properly, and i have emailed several times to address the problem. I recieved one reply that was less than helpful.
I will never shop here again.

You have bought Fifa 12 for the Ps2 from us. You said that the faces on the game weren't correct with the faces in real life. We have said against you that this is not because of a faulty game but because EA Sports does not have al the faces correct(this is on all Fifa 12 games). We are not able to change this for you.
