Great prices & true retail steam key

Me and my sister have bought quite a few games here, they have excellent prices and a really good selection of games .
And their customer service was very kind and helpful when my sister accidentally bought me a game I already had , they didn't have to help us but they did and I really appreciate that.
We were already fans of this store but even more so now, I've been telling my gamer friends about it and everyone has thanked me for it

Bullshit login process keeps me on an infinite Verification loop right after I buy game there.

I haven't received my key and its been well over 3 hours. This is disappointing. Could have paid the same amount of money for the same game on a different site and gotten the key instantly. Customer service is a joke sent many requests and they have refused to respond. This manual review is a joke and is completely outdated. There are various methods for verification and this is not one of them. You shouldn't be taken people's money and then not give them the key right away that is considered fraud and is a crime. They don't listen to you when you reach out. People buy games off key sites to play games with their friends. Now i can't play games with friends because i am waiting on a stupid key. I will never order from this site ever again. Take your business elsewhere. I don't want any coupon codes unless its 35% off. Makes me very irritated and i will steer my friends away from this site. Go to greenman or cd keys if you want something done right.

The login system based on the image recognition is stupid and annoying. It puts me off going into the store.

Great price on games I needed. Codes came right away. They all worked. No issue.

Shopping at GamersGate is easy. Their customer support is pleasant and accommodating, too.

Could not purchase games because my province in Canada has two taxes and GamersGate cannot figure it out.
My partner had to purchase in a different province, using my credit card.
Now I remember why I never bought anything since 2021.
Customer service was nice, but unhelpful to the issue and suggested that it is something GamersGate needs to work on. After finding correspondence from 2021, that doesn't seem to be a priority.
If Steam, Fanatical, Eneba, Big Fish Games, etc. can figure it out, why can't you?

Fast good price

Scam site. Took payment and never delivered a key. Customer support is only via email and they ignore you. Had to purchase game from another site and file dispute with bank to get money back.

Stay FAR FAR away from this site

*EDIT: They reached out to me with an explanation that I actually do find plausible and a coupon. I will purchase a game tomorrow using the coupon and see how it goes. I will up my score to 3 in the meantime for at least trying to make it right and not coming at me with excuses.

*ORIGINAL: It's Saturday night and I want to try out a new game that I've been excited to play on my day off. Head over to GG Deals to find the best price for Dune - it leads me to GamerGate with a coupon. I head to Gamersgate and purchase the game like I've done on CDKeys, Fanatical, Humble and GMG for over a decade only to be met with a manual review that has been in 'Processing' for over 6 hours.

I took a look through my account while waiting - the last game that I bought was over 10 years ago. Ah, now I remember.

I've been using GMG, CDKeys, Fanatical (previously Bundle Stars) etc... since they existed and I've never had an issue. I've opened a support ticket but very much like this key - I no longer have hope. I've purchased at least 10 games from them back in the early 2010s so I'm sure that I'll end up getting the key but they lost a customer for life.

That having been said, hopefully CS can answer 1 question before I completely write the company off: can I give the 'more that 15 minutes wait' coupon away or is it account locked?

Making me wait for the key is fine, I guess, BUT taking my money and making me wait is NOT. I would have just cancelled and bought the game elsewhere but now I can't until I know for sure that they will refund me. Since the refund request came 6 hours after the EXTREMELY DELAYED order I'm not hopeful. I would rather not give them money but we'll see how this plays out.

Very easy to purchase games there.

This is the only game storefront that makes me, for some reason, wait around 10 minutes before I can access the steam key for the game. Sometimes it has the best price by far, but I often avoid the site because I don't want to wait after paying.

I bought games for myself, but also wanted to buy a copy of one of them for a friend; I wasn't sure I could because that game was DRM-free, so I was hoping I could perhaps enter my friend's e-mail (who has a GamersGate account) at checkout, or even create a separate order and "mark it as a gift" like you can on some other sites.
Not seeing anything during checkout or in their Help section, I created a support ticket and asked the question "Can I buy a DRM-free game and gift it?" It's now been more than 5 days, and I still haven't received an answer!

Received an answer to my inquiry; thank you, despite the disappointing news. Upgraded my review to 4 stars (not 5 because my friend, who lives in a different province, couldn't buy that game due to some issue on your payment gateway.) I had to login from my computer onto her account to make the transaction.

Worked great, as intended

Excellent customer service. Had a problem redeeming the steam key which was due to a mistake I made. They refunded me in full even though, they couldn't recover the full amount of the money. Recommend to other buyers.
