Definitely Scam.
Promised delivery in a few minutes.
Waited for 24 hours and still nothing.

All of my points and games randomly wiped from my account. Customer Services was initially responsive but now does not even reply to emails. After building up some points, I was keen to use them - I sent a full list of various purchases over the last couple of years to customer services and it just went dead. I have sent 4-5 emails since but now just nothing. Are they even still in business? I bought many games from gamesdeal.com but they don't seem to care about looking after their longtime customers. I would avoid if I were you - I have switched to CJS CD keys.

Ordered on the 27th a cd key with a "delivery within minutes" mention, 1 day later i haven't received anything. I send an e mail to the support resulting in no answer for the moment.
The quality of service of this website is poor compared to most of its competitors (and i will not cite any just not to appear biased in my judgement).
Overall, i am not recommending at all
(The grading might change depending on the answer of the support)

EDIT: They want me to remove this review because I got refunded, which is beyond ridiculous. You were forced to refund me through PayPal because you didn't respond at all, not with a single word. So you claimed I'll get the key within minutes, made me pay 60 Euros, then I had to slap you in your face with a PayPal complaint to get my money back after 2.5 weeks, while your customer support never replied. In what world is this not a scam? I don't doubt it, even slightly, that without PayPal, I wouldn't have gotten my money back. You're scammers! Go to hell!

what is going on I always use this site now all of a sudden I place a order paid but haven't gotten my key#. And the Live chat told me they was sold out but still have the item for sale on the site. Then I got a 14day code I paid for cause he told they wont have the other one for a week but the code they gave me was redeemed and now they don't reply back or email.......

I wrote a review here some weeks ago and you (gamesdeal) replied to my review asking for the order number. Well the order number is the GD202002050406537664 . Once again let me remeber you that I bought a code that doesnt work and didnt get any money back nor a valid code.

I have used this site for years to get my xbox gold renewal and usually it is fast, but i paid for my new gold subscription and have not recieved it via email like i usually do. i have sent emails and tried talking to the so called live chat and no one has ever answered. usually im pretty happy with this sit but this time not so much. i hope i get my item before monday because if not im going to be filing a dispute bc they arent even replying to their customer service emails or chat and in my account it just says processing, but the money has come out of my credit card and paypal

My order has been stock on 'Processing' but paid for nearly 72 hours now and no one ever responds in their live chat, their emails are ignored, their twitter has been dead since mid-2019 and their facebook support apparently only operates during certain hours.

Put bluntly this has been a horrible first time impression as a customer and I will not be returning. Giving them a few more hours before I put in a dispute with PayPal.

Pathetic.

EDIT: They emailed me recently asking me to remove my review since they refunded following my PayPal dispute. They obviously completely neglected their opportunity to explain or apologise for their utter lack of communication leading up to that.

So no, you're essentially scammers and deserve to shut down. My review stays.
