My son bought his girlfriend what looked at first glance a pretty coloured embroidered top. However, I am very experienced in embroidery myself & I could see that there was threads hanging all over it. I am talking about the front of the top where everybody sees it. I could see that the embroidery would not sustain wear let alone washing the item. I took the item to two professional seamsters & neither would touch the top saying it was impossible to repair. I contacted Ganesha customer services who refused to help. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. CRAP QUALITY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
UPDATE.
Seems I can't reply to Ganesha's angry untruthful response. My review is not fake. Neither am I blackmailing anyone for money. Yes I would have liked a refund or even just an exchange but it wasn't to be and going by the way Ganesha replies to his/her other clients it seems to be the norm for this so called business.
Again I say don't waste your money. The top I'm referring to wasn't even worth 1 dollar!
Further update. Ganesha's name was on the label sewn within the garment and the label attached.

We do not sell tops. We do not sell any clothing at all. We are a jewelry and piercing shop.
We sell crystals, silver and gold jewelry, piercing jewelry and occasionally figurines. We don't know where your son got the top from, but it was definitely not from os.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BUY FROM HERE!
I had an awful experience buying from there store - do not bother shopping here! I bought a ring in late April from one of their Cardiff stores and told me that resizing the ring to my finger would cost extra and take two weeks. Two weeks later, it was not ready. Apparently their jeweller was on holiday, but was back now and I was told to come back next week. A week later, same excuse and was told another week. The week after I went and was told it wasn't ready and it would be ready next week again. I told them I couldn't come next week as I was going home for the Summer, so they told me they were gonna ship it to me within the week.
I have been back for 3 weeks and they have just sent it to me. Throughout these weeks, I had to phone multiple times for updates. I was told multiple times it has been shipped when actually it hadn't because the next time I'd call they said it was just shipped 'today'. I was also told multiple times the manager would call me to provide clarity and they never did.
After all this, I asked for a refund and they refused and instead gave me a credit note for £10 that expires in 28 days and can only be used in their Cardiff store. Awful experience and if I could rate this 0 stars or below I would.
TLDR: Ganesha's employees lied and messed around a customer and provided horrible customer service.
I've never had a single bad experience here with the owner or the employees, so don't believe all those terrible reviews you will find here.
When I told the owner I was interested in certain crystals, he offered to take time from his day and walk around the store with me, discovering what I liked and helping me find the right ones for me.
I continue to return here and love the atmosphere it provides, and I know I can always ask the owner to provide more details. He's incredibly knowledgeable and loves his crystal collection in the store as much as I love the ones I have at my home.
Very bad costumer service. They told me they are not doing any piercings on the faces because of covid-19 even though there are no formal restrictions. So what? Should I also not do my job because of covid-19? They also told me they didn't know what time the piercer would be there from day to day and that I could call and they could give me an "estimate". Very unprofessional. And now I see how the piercer answers the reviews and it just confirms my view of them as being unprofessional when they cannot handle criticism.

what is your problem ? there are restrictions of whirring a musk. we can not and will not be at risk in such a high level of spreading the covid. beside , getting a nose piercing while whirring a musk is not a optimal good condition for your piercing. and generally i do not owe you any thing . i will say yes to service you as i want to.
I got a forward helix at Ganesha almost two months ago, and for all this time it has been continuously infected regardless of diligent cleaning. I went to another piercer to get some new jewelry as it fell out, and also to get it checked out. She was shocked by the state of it. Apparently the angle on it is completely wrong, and because it is very superficial it will not heal, and did she not want to sell me the stud I was about to buy from her for this reason. Obviously never going to Ganesha again.

You are always at risk when you are getting a piercing. and as an adult you could have come back to us and complain , i can assure you that we would have looked at what the problem was and offer you assistance,if the problem was our mistake we would have gave you a new piercing for free as we always do. I do not know where you went and who have told you to write this nasty accusations you are coming with.
