I placed an order twelve days ago. I have tried contacting the company via email and telephonically to enquire about my order. No response to email and no one eve answers the phone dispute having called multiple times over multiple days. I have left a voice message as instructed, but no-one has gotten back to me.
I recommend not using this company.
Very poor response from David in customer service team when called 23-3 to report that the delivery driver had damaged lawn & drive edging when they got stuck turning around on wet grass (right next to hard gravel turning area). Told it’s ‘not our responsibility’ for delivery being performed acceptably. Asked for the delivery company details & told ‘you need to Google it’. £410 parts had been left unprotected in rain on drive. No assembly instructions. This company has a very poor attitude to customer service & abdicates from its responsibility. WATCH OUT. Order number 62347.
