After sales service? There isn't any. Buyer beware!!

Just out of warranty, pair of automated doors both fail to open / shut properly. Each time Ive contacted them, they palm me off to a local technician in Kent. Both times, each technician has refused to fix the fault as they didn't install them as new. Tried 2 local installers both declining to even visit. Wrote to CEO Mr Doherty who hasn't even bothered to reply. After sales service of the company is abysmal. Not recommended

Great after sales service.

I have 2 of their roller shutters installed 4 years ago which are very good.
1 key for each had been broken so I arranged replacements.
Unfortunately I transposed the numbers on 1 so it wouldn't work, I contacted GDS and they changed them at no additional cost which was excellent after sales service.
