I love the decorative water butt I purchased for my partner's birthday - it looks great in the garden and doesn’t feel like a typical plastic tank. The build quality is excellent, and it was delivered quickly. A perfect mix of style and practicality, really recommend!
Ordered an item on the 20th March with 5-7 day delivery time. The shipping company they use are unreliable and did not even contact us to tell us it would not be delivered on the agreed date. Costing us a day of wasted time. The 2nd Agreed date (Morning) they also failed and the 3rd agreed date.
Rang several numbers spoke to people, given more promises of delivery that all never showed up.
It's now the 11th April and emails bounce, no sign of the item and no one answers the phone on the weekend.
Really not recommended at all and will be contacting my credit card company to get a refund for non delivery.

Excellent quality German-made waterbutt and tap, delivered in reasonable time frame. Be aware, though, they use pallet delivery and the driver won't take it off the pallet, so if you have a narrow gate you'll need a workaround.
We had bought two water butts and bizarrely they both developed a minute leak in very similar places
I contacted Garden Tech via email and the team were absolutely brilliant
I sent a couple of pictures highlighting the issue and with days they had arranged two replacements to be delivered and the faulty ones picked up at the same time
The service they provided was seamless great communication and a very speedy service
I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again it is very hard to find companies that offer such great service

Garden Water Butt was delivered promptly and within the delivery time frame as stated. When I inquired about the delivery , the young lady in customer services was very polite and informative. The delivery driver was prompt and very polite and friendly and put the item at the top of the drive for us so that we could easily access it.An all round pleasant experience from start to finish.
