I have been using Garden Pharmacy for many years now and they never cease to amaze me with their wonderful range of products and their excellent customer service. Ordering from Garden Pharmacy means I can order in the morning and it is with me the next day. Cheaper and faster than parking and shopping in my local town. I love this company!

I use garden.co.uk as it is the cheapest and easiest place to get my husbands favourite body wash - the only one he will use in fact! Always arrives quickly and I get free samples which are great to try!!

I places my order late on Thursday night, was pleased to see my order had been despatched next day, thought I might receive it on Monday so was delighted to hear the postman knock on Saturday morning with my parcel. Brilliant!

Product was exactly as described, reasonable price and good communication through the whole transaction, shipping bit pricey but tolerable !

I love these guys. Visiting the shop is always a good experience. But the website and my internet explorer just don't get on. I find it hard to navigate and find what I want, and it keeps taking things out of my shopping basket when I add new things from another brand. SULK! But they send so many lovely free samples it's worth the pain of the website... for now. Hopefully things will improve and I'll be properly happy.

If you need any beauty/toiletries in a hurry then this is the company to use. I had been wanting some Klorane shampoo for ages and after searching online was led to this store. Not only were the products discounted( for a limited time) the items arrived to me in less than 24 hours! Plus free postage ( again limited to a certain amount spent). Plus there were even samples included.

I've been buying from the Garden Pharmacy for years, and when I moved out of London to the Back of Beyond, I carried on buying products from them online. The service is always excellent. It is hard to choose a lipstick colour online but when I called to speak to a staff member, she listened carefully to the shade I wanted and suggested two colours, both of which were just what I'd been after. The packages arrive quickly every time, and I feel valued as a customer. I'm more than happy to recommend the Garden Pharmacy to friends because the service is so reliably good, the staff are friendly and very helpful ,they have a great selection of new and classic products, and they take care to make one feel valued as a customer, something which is increasingly rare.

We have been dealing with Garden Pharmacy for over two years, mainly for my wife's and her Aunt's cosmetics. Prices, delivery are very good and whenever there has been an issue, it has been dealt with immediately to our complete satisfaction.
