Delivery excellent - Customer Service rubbish

Having tried for two weeks to obtain an answer from their Customer Service Dept I have now written to their directors to see if they are interested in sorting out my query. I purchased three items and unfortunately two had manufacturing problems which renders them unusable. One was a present to my grandchild who doesn't understand why he cannot play with his Giant Connect 4. There's no doubt they can deliver the goods, it's just a shame that if these are faulty they don't appear to want to know.
