Disappointing start…
I rang the company to try and change the date of delivery as we were at work and they said if I did that we would have to wait another 3 weeks so I said to leave the date of delivery as it was and we will make arrangements for it to be delivered that date. On the date of the swing being delivered it never arrived so I contacted the company to be told that I had cancelled that date and was awaiting a new date! This was not the case so they said because it needed 2 me to deliver and assemble the swing I would have to wait another 3 weeks! So the 3 weeks came and only 1 man arrived to fit and assemble the swing so not a good experience! Otherwise the swing is beautiful absolutely love it and such good quality

When you decided to keep your original delivery date, that should have been firmly logged in our system, and I am so sorry for the inconvenience caused when you made arrangements to be home, only for the order not to arrive.
Furthermore, being told you had to wait an additional three weeks for a two-man team, only for a single installer to arrive, is certainly not the seamless experience we strive to provide. I will be reviewing this specific order with our dispatch and installation teams to understand exactly where these miscommunications happened so we can prevent them in the future.

I ordered charles taylor dorset 3…
I ordered charles taylor dorset 3 seater swing. Gardenchic were helpful to track the order which arrived 3wks after placing, it’d have been nicer if we had a choice over date of delivery as I had to leave the garden gate open for them to deliver whilst I was at work.
0 star for charles taylor who delivered and assembled, a bit retarded of them to place it in different awkward spot despite me requesting a particular garden spot twice over phone.Safety issue-I only noticed on day 2 that the all bolts in the leg part were left undone by the assembling team, like inserted in the hole but not screwed in at all(not jut untightened) which I was able to do myself but could have been a serious safety issue. Thats very unprofessional of them. The swing itself isn’t great quality, rough patches of wood, plastic like thing inserted in few joints to probably tighten which is visibly ugly. Overall unhappy with the experience so wouldn’t recommend.

The assembly came in 2 boxes, which could handle.The instructions were in numbers ,like AP7 fits AF1 -1.EVERY peice was numbered.I look at the instructions and went pale,however my wife,found it simple,so therefore,I put it together with the wife reading the parts,the only time ,I need the wife was the roof.It look great 👍.
