Thought l would give them a go " AND WISH I HADN'T
Placed an order 02/07/25, received it 17/07/25 when l opened up the packages very disappointed Firstly the Leylandii conifers, ordered 20 advertised at 3ft to 4ft but have found that 12 12 of them were under 3ft the smallest at 28" and the remainder are various up to 3ft 3"being the tallest. The Tri Colour Buddleia is rather wilted, Quite a few discoloured and dying leaves, 1 flower though. Lastly the Fruit Trees- a lot of damage to the branches snaped folded back on one another and 1 completely broken off, and also the bare root stock is not the best l have seen, l did send pictures. When the delivery arrived the plants were delivered in a van that was not tall enough " so the plants were lay down" Supposed to be kept upright at all times.
I raised my concerns with the company on the 18/07/25 " I HEARD NOTHING" except auto response. Contacted again 4 days later just received auto response again.
Extremely Bad Customer Service (in fact non at all)
I will not be recommending this company to anyone in fact the exact opposite
