I would give ZERO STARS if I could
I would give ZERO STARS if I could! I have been waiting a MONTH for my product to arrive! Today, I got a message that they "tried and failed to deliver"my item! What the hell does that mean? Also, this was at 6:58am while I was sleeping!! Why wasn't my package left on my porch or in my mailbox? ( it would definitely fit!) And, their tracking system is VERY USER UNFRIENDLY!
I HATE THIS COMPANY. I wish I had read all the terrible reviews prior to ordering anything from them!

Product Misrepresented and Horrible Customer Service
Beware of this company. I bought ceramic bee blossoms from an ad on Facebook. They claimed to be hand-crafted. WHat I received was not the product represented (missing the platform in the bloom center for bees to land and instead just a painted dot). Of three sets I purchased, one set of 4 was damaged in shipment - box crushed and ceramic flowers shattered. The merchant refused to refund be for the damaged set and wanted ME to pay to return it. Horrible customer service, product misrepresented and over-priced - stay away!
