Where do I start
1st - Sold me an Out of Stock item.
2nd - Ignored me on email, I called and they said "well, we didn't send because the pants you bought are too big, (Me: LOLWUT?) would you like another brand? (Me: No) well, we don't have them in stock" - After which I made an order for it to come again they said "it will be delivered in a week".
3rd - Never picks up the phone or answers emails After 3 weeks!!
4th - Kept my money and my product
5th - ????
6th - PROFIT!!!

2nd and 3rd and 4th - We've answered your email and talked with you over the phone several times. We've informed you that the product you ordered is ordered by us and that we are awaiting it's arrival from the US.
