The shower curtain is absolutely beautiful! And delivery was on time.

Garnet Hill has a very delayed and confusing return system. Part of problem being detailed, simplified information that should include purchase item numbers, description and price paid. Consequently it makes it hard to keep track of returns and payment due you the customer.

I'm some what pleased with the comforter though shipping was a bit slow and definitely not the quality I expect from Garnet Hill. The workmanship is not fabulous as the binding on the piece pulls the edges so it doesn't lie flat. The fabric is soft, a bit silkier than I anticipated and I am happy with the color.

Too long for order to arrive

I ordered a dress for an event and it arrived well after the event had taken place. It took well over 2 weeks and a phone call to Garnett Hill customer service until I received my order.

When I'm paying $210 for a pair of shoes that I sent back for exchange, I would have appreciated a more timely notification that the item was received and the exchange was in process. As it was I tried calling the customer service number which rang indefinately until I simply had no choice but to resort to the chat bot. That thing is worthless. Had to restate my issue and details regarding the issue twice. I was engaged with it for half an hour until I decided to try the customer service number again and actually got through. I would have thought an exchange for a like item would have been a clean swap but found out through all of this that it required crediting and debiting which seemed cumbersome. I know Amazon is a tough act to follow, but in the area of returns and exchanges it may be worth your while to emulate their process at least so customers know what's going on with their stuff so they don't have to engage with any customer service to begin with.

I'm looking for a full length down coat and liked how this coat looked in the catalog. I ordered a small because I like having extra room for layering. What I liked about the coat is it's light, not bulky and streamline for a down coat. Unfortunately even using the belt for adjustment, the coat looked shapeless on me. Not unlike one of those sleeping bag robes. I'm 5'3" 120 lbs so being petite is probably the issue here. Might work better on a taller person. Also had a concern that unlike coats you get from sports brands it's not clear what the warmth level is. So I had some concerns that the coat may not be very warm.

Beautiful sheets, beautiful color/pattern but the fabric is very coarse, and harsh to sleep on. I would not buy it again.

My order arrived promptly and the items were as good as I had hoped.

I am a fairy new customer, and have been very impressed with customer service support.. I did have problems with a order twice but it was corrected , and I am very satisfied with my product. The quality is very good . The one thing that is concerning is the long wait time for products to arrive. Thank you Linda,, NC

The phone representative was very helpful. Answered all my questions. I've been a fan of Garnet Hill for many years. Their products and customer service are always dependable and on point. I'm especially pleased with the faster delivery times - must quicker than what they used to be.

I have not received this blouse yet. I think that it is back-ordered until December.

I ordered two tee shirts, same price, different styles and colors, same size. One fit perfectly and I loved the color and fabric. The other, also lovely color and fabric, didn't fit. They seemed to have been made by the same company--very puzzling. I have returned the one that did not fit and ordered the one that fit in a different color.

It was perfect! Fast service and the comforters look great!
