I recently ordered a medium dress that was too big and returned it and ordered a small and that was perfect.

Your products are great. The quality is fantastic. Delivery was great. I’m only disappointed because the towels and bath rug I purchased were listed as the same color (ocean mist) but are not the same color.

I love shopping with GH. Good quality clothing, easy shopping experience, awesome with returns.

Really like the cashmere sweatshirt sweaters and now have 4 of them. Very soft without pilling Really liked and printed the care directions that just came via email,. Always looking for free shipping.

I like the pajamas, the XL fits perfectly with the pants being the right length for my height (5'10"). The fabric seems a little thinner than previous green cotton fabrics but it is still soft and warm. I received the order quickly.

GH continues to present interesting styles for casual living. I could do with a bit more color as there seems to be a lot of brown and black offered!

I appreciate the free shipping coupon included in purchases; however, the time frame is usually 30 days or so which is a bit short unless one is constantly buying from GH. I don't appreciate having to pay a return fee when something doesn't fit or not as pictured as many other companies are waving it for good customers.

I do like the quality and suppleness of most of your materials which make them even more comfortable. I have been buying your Asian organic cotton pajamas for many years and love them. Again, a design suggestion: perhaps some solid colors or stripes for those of us who have a drawer full of flowered pjs!

1/2 of my order was delayed. I had to call customer service to get an explanation of why and when it would be delivered. It would have been good to receive an email giving this info as I want to be home to receive the order. I am happy with the bedding purchased and always look forward to GH catalogs.

I didn’t get any notification that my item was on back order. It took 6 weeks to arrive.

Garnet Hill emailed promptly after purchase and when item shipped. They arrived quickly. My son really likes his new fox slippers. They are great, as it states on the tag, for growing feet. Really, these are great and very well made.

fabric is ok though doesn't seem to be of same quality as fabrics i've received from Garnet in past.

Beautifully made and I love the colors. It was heavier than I thought. But love it.

Easy to place order, I ordered the Weekender Crew T-shirt and also in the long sleeve, all 100% cotton very soft size XL to have little more room to layer and also for any shrinkage, washed and dried in dryer on low perfect!!! will order more need more colors!!!!

The mat is on my kitchen floor and looks good and seems easy to clean. I wish it was slightly larger though. The next size available would be too large.
I may order another one for my screened in porch in the spring.
