Do NOT shop on this website - NON acquistare

UPDATE 22/12/2025:
After the review was published, the company refunded the price difference, resolving the issue.

UPDATE 12/12/2025:
After my review, the company replied mentioning an alleged “issue in the management of the returned SKUs”. However, I want to point out that the explanations I received via email from customer care were completely different: first I was told that the partial refund was due to the fact that “the discount is not refunded”, then I was informed that “one item was missing from the return”.
Only here publicly has the company changed its version of the facts. I am now waiting for what was stated here on Trustpilot to be confirmed via email as well, and for the remaining €54 to be refunded.
I will update my review again once the matter has been fully resolved.

Do NOT shop on this website. I paid €187 for my order and they refunded only €113 after the return. Customer care insists this is 'correct', but EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83) clearly states that the refund must match the price actually paid, including all discounts.
They simply removed the discount during the refund.. which is unlawful and completely unacceptable.
Terrible and dishonest experience.

Dopo la mia recensione, l’azienda ha risposto parlando di una presunta “anomalia nella gestione degli SKU”. Tengo però a precisare che nelle email del customer care le motivazioni del rimborso parziale sono state molto diverse: prima mi è stato detto che “non viene accreditato lo sconto”, poi che “mancava un articolo nel reso”.
Solo qui pubblicamente l’azienda ha cambiato versione.
Resto in attesa che quanto dichiarato su Trustpilot venga confermato anche via email e che mi venga rimborsato l’importo mancante (€54).
Aggiornerò nuovamente la recensione una volta risolto.

NON acquistate su questo sito. Ho pagato 187 € per il mio ordine e mi hanno rimborsato solo 113 € dopo il reso. Il customer care sostiene che sia 'corretto', ma la normativa europea (Direttiva 2011/83) è chiara: il rimborso deve corrispondere al prezzo effettivamente pagato, comprese tutte le riduzioni applicate.
Hanno semplicemente tolto lo sconto al momento del rimborso — cosa illegittima e totalmente inaccettabile.
Esperienza pessima e comportamento scorretto.

Desideriamo chiarire che GAS rimborsa sempre l’importo effettivamente pagato, comprensivo di eventuali sconti applicati al momento dell’acquisto, nel pieno rispetto della normativa europea vigente.

Nel suo caso specifico, è emersa un’anomalia nella gestione del reso legata all’associazione degli SKU restituiti, che potrebbe aver causato un rimborso parziale non corretto. Il nostro customer care era già in contatto con lei e stiamo effettuando un’ulteriore verifica interna per procedere quanto prima al rimborso dell’importo mancante, qualora confermato.

Ci teniamo a sottolineare che non è mai nostra intenzione trattenere importi non dovuti, né tantomeno “rimuovere” sconti già applicati in fase di acquisto.

La ringraziamo per averci segnalato la situazione: il suo feedback ci aiuta a migliorare il servizio. Restiamo a completa disposizione tramite il nostro customer care per risolvere la questione nel modo più rapido e corretto possibile.

The shipping times are very lengthy and unsatisfactory given the above-average shipping costs. Please offer DHL or UPS.

FedEx + Hermes Desaster. Mailbox full of spam with delivery dates and constant status changes - very annoying.
